1ST Cycle Sustanon 250

Hi Guys, I am looking to take Sustanon 250 for my first Cycle,Would you Recommend me taking 1 amp 250mg Per week? or 500mg per week?Mon-Thu.I would be running the Cycle for 8 weeks,also have Nolvadex and Clomid,When would be the best time to take the nolva and Clomid,Thanks guys Would Appreciate all your knowledge and Advice ,

500 Wk is Ideal. Personally i Like test Eth better all the esters in sus compete so you have a ripe reciept for bloat and gyno, but! Hey powerlifters love it!

I would highly suggest using just 1 shot per week for your 1st cycle, it is plenty of testosterone and you will make great gains. Sustanon is one of my favorite tesosterone preparations used as a base.
