Saint...I feel a lot better! Mobility, stamina, sex drive, and some aches and pains have diminished if not disappeared. Funny thing is that I was always pretty confident and felt good about myself in the before pics, now I have to keep reminding myself how far I have come because my bb'g goals are burning in my minds eye. Hopefully the "I'm a cow" voice in my head will disappear like the fat from my butt has.

c-ditty....Funny how that works, isn't it!! Actually, I did already have tatoos in the b4 pic but the dragon is about two years old. I always wanted it, but I didn't see any sense of getting one if I wasn't going to show it off!!
