17 Year old workout log to competition!

245 gym weight. Started cutting. Rack dead lifted 500 for some reps and t bar rowed 6 plates the other back day for some reps
 
Chest day
Flat bench rest pause 225-15-6-3 next set-17-3-1
Incline barbell rest pause 185-15-6-3 next set 18-2-1
Incline flys/Incline smith machine/flat dumbbell all rest pause as well

Hard to tell ,do you directly train your forearms ?
they are probably big but you have put good size on your upper arms and delts and it can sometimes leave the forearms looking less developed even if they are'nt .

I sometimes train them.. My job I have to always pick up heavy boxes and buckets.. Thanks bro! I try to do hammers/reverse curls for forearms but I probably should hit them directly. Thanks buddy!
 
Inclined 295 for 2 and flat dumbell pressed 100's for 20 reps pretty easily happy about that
 
Also squated 405 for 3 after a big back injury/foot injury. really happy about that
 
Been cutting weight abs are coming in more veins popping out in arms and chest
 
I'll post update pictures soon guys. I'm getting more size that's for sure
 
Recent numbers I pulled 460 for 3 after dead lifting like three times again lol. Straight leg deaf lifted 315 for 12. My barbell row is still around 275 for 6-8

Nice to see the vascularity coming through bro. Your traps look incredible, and I can see the thickness in your chest. I'd recommend trying to bring up your arms a little along with side delts and forearms. That would round out your upper body really well. However it's hard to judge things like arms and back well from these photos. Side chest, side tricep, back double bi, and rear lat spread will help get a better idea on those areas

Looking pretty thick. You have a respectable amount of mass, and as you bring in more definition with that clean diet things will get more impressive. Once you start seeing the separation it will give you that 3D effect that will also make both your strong areas and weak areas more apparent.

Back width looks great bro. That's a nice lat spread. Traps and chest look thick. I would put emphasis on bringing arms up a little by maybe adding an extra arm day. Other than that your upper body looks very well rounded bro. Nice work

Yes, I believe you can be ready in 4 months if you stay on target. The more time you have to prep, the better, and the more mass you will retain without having to dip too far with calorie restriction. With you being in prep now, I wouldn't worry so much about arm growth because its just not going to change much while dieting down. Just something to concentrate on in the future. Everyone has their weak areas so its not a big deal. You get conditioned and you will look awesome on stage

Flat db 100s-27,25 reps
Incline flys 65-8
 
Hit delts today completely kild it went up to 90 or 95 DBS on seated military for sets of 10 slow controlled hitting legs tom
 
Used the nitronox today and decided to use it with chest and biceps. The workout went very well and the energy felt extremely clean and didn't make me sick at all. The pre workout tasted alright not the best not the worst. It mixed up well and by far gave the best pump a pre workout has given me. My chest was fucking huge at the end! Veins were bulging out the whole time :) first time doing heavy flat barbell in about a month and strength was still pretty good!

Really wish I could post some recent pics on here but it won't let me for some reason. Honestly was one of the best ore workouts I've ever tried! Was repoing 315 for 5 pretty easily during prep which was good for me
 
Used the pwo again and hit legs.. Today was no carbs pre workout so i felt sluggish. Took the pwo and in 30 min I felt amped for the gym. Set a pr on straight leg deadlifts I hit 365 for 8 in the middle of prep.. Fucking insane pump to veins were going all down my thighs

Good stuff. Just keep at it. It will enable you to train harder and combined with everything else you will keep on improving fast.

What is your pre/intra/post workout nutrition on a typical day? I assume you carb cycle?

I workout in the morning after my first meal. First meal is usually 2 fried eggs fat free cheese 6 oz turkey meat and a role then a shake then workout then after usually a shake and some carb ido flexible dieting though. And no I don't carb cycle right now Macros are 50 fat 250 protein and 380 carbs

Sounds good. I like to cook my eggs in coconut oil. That's especially good pre workout for added energy.
 
I have to say coconut oil is by far the best for me!!

Love the medium chain triglycerides!!!


The energy is utilized faster than quick carbs !!!!

I like my fat just around 40-50 as well I never go above 80 unless I carb cycle and do s low carb day then I have my fats around 100-130 g per day depending on goals !!

Thansk everyone yesterday I did arms And the pump was insane. Went up to 115 on close grip curls and veins were popping out everywhere. Then hit shoulders in the pm and worked up to a 170x13 standing millitary press. Hitting back today can't wait :)

Great stuff. The pump I get on the NitroNOX when training arms is ridiculous. I couldn't even shower properly last time as I could barely move my arms. I trained shoulders and calves today... what did your shoulder session look like?

I do a variation of 5/3/1 with bodybuilding assistance pretty much standing millitary as the mandatory working up to a big set of 5+ to failure the back off so 5x5 then do a shit load of side and rear delts

Low rep stuff are great but I wouldn't do them too much... especially with shoulders. My shoulders are fine but honestly I know so much guys who have fucked up shoulders from heavy pressing. Many have bad backs and knees but shoulders is probably no.1 I see. Some really heavy stuff is great after plenty of warming up but if it were me I wouldn't go below 10 reps for shoulders. Throw in the occasional really heavy 5-8 reps sets but not too much. I do love training shoulders though. Really abuse those side laterals ;)

The heavy sets are 10+ I don't go very heavy for low reps I just do a all out failure set then do light 5x5 then do probably 30 sets of side and read delts and traps all together. Hitting legs tomorrow would love to be able to post some pics

Chest days are a struggle and I can't do military press at all!


Dr says it's possible to heal but will actually have to lay off lifting with upper body

And that's not gonna happen or I will go crazy!

I had that I had to rehab it for a long while was very painful
 
Yea that's where I am right now putting on some size got my dr to prescribe some deca I was on a npp run but doctor said if I go the route of legitimate script he would monitor everything
He said he does not want me putting ugl stuff in my body I said hell yea for a prescription to nandrolone 👍😝

Shitty thing is when I get down to a low low bf the rebound weight when I up my food sucks just from being so depleted ! I love the dry vascular look when I'm not in the gym getting a pump !

You're telling me man I have rebounded a good 10 pounds in a week not even trying to tjay badly. I love feeling full and having water in the muscles but hate not having a 6 pack lol! I'm very lucky I pretty much get more vascular from a bulk no clue how. And that's a good doctor you got ;) never used deca but vets seem to love it!

If I count macros it's like 600 carb 180-200 protein and fats around 90 but I don't count much because I know my body well and I get most my protein from liquid egg whites actually not meat

Been eating 4k plus cals a day current weight at 235-240 training my ass off everyday
 
Worked my way up to 1050 pound leg press today was pretty good
Hack squat 135-20, 225-20, 315-12, 405-4, 225-20
Leg press worked up to 1050 for 5 then backed off and did 5 plates for 30 reps
Lots of lunges with 35 dumbbells
 
Killed arms yesterday really trying to grow them this bulk. They're getting stretch marks which is a good sign. Did back today and felt great with mroe fats and less carbs pre workout. Loads of energy.

Just a quick fyi stretch marks can be from growing to fast but also blowing up and shrinking down, don't think that would be happening in a bulk though

Haha na it wouldn't be man. I've got stretch marks all over these 19 inch arms they look pretty rough. Just started taking growth, so hopefully it tightens things up
 
Growth can help with stretch marks


Yeah, I'll stick with 8ius every day for about a year and see how i go. Might up it depending on Steven, but I've financially worked out everything to have enough for 8ius a day so upping it I'd have to look over everything.
