14 weeks out from Comp. heres my diet and please critique

Meal 1:
8 eggs --- 6 whitesv and 2 whole
1/2 cup of oatmeal dry

meals 2 through 6/7 --- ~5 oz chicken and rice

thats about it.. sometimes post workout I add some beans in there too for some more carbs.
I am getting around 2000 cals/ day
I am drinking about a gallon and a half of water a day and I have already lost about 10 - 12 lbs in almost 2 week. ( im guessing mostly water)
I have no supplement cuz I have no money, hah

Any suggestions you guys have , please post!
 
well people are gonna need your stats before they critique this as well as how you are training. are you planning on doing little to no coardio similar to needsize or are you doing a lot of cardio? a breakdown of how many days of weight training would also be helpful

now about ~ 208ish... im loosing weight pretty damn fast
I workout 5-6 days a week and I did cardio for the first time in a looong time a few days ago for 20 minutes. i am planning to do little cardio, but if i think I need it I will do some.
During training I do 4-5 exercises/ body part and do 3 sets of 12, 10, 8.. and drop sets and supersets.
also I get my efa's threw olive oil and nuts
 
5oz of chicken? If you want to keep some muscle while cutting down I would keep the chicken to a bare minimum of 6oz, even that is low to me. When I am cutting down I stick with 8oz of chicken. 5oz of chicken per meal would be a starvation diet to me.
 
If you get sick of chicken you can also throw in some lean ground beef, I use it when ever I get short on chicken or just need a break.
 
ya come to think of it.. i meant like a half a pound of chicken,, so about 8oz of chicken every meal or so... I also have some steaks every once in a while. And I am almost out of chicken.. time to find something else damnit!
