Went into the gym today early to do cardio and one of my training partners asked me why... i told him tommorow never comes. So I will keep this journal to let you know what i am doing. Not going to go into specifics unless someone actually cares enough to ask.

10:00 AM Cardio, 20 minutes eliptical cross trainer
1:00 PM Shoulders
diet for the day is going to be the following:
12:00 PM - 1 cup oatmeal, 2 packets of splenda and a pinch of cinnamon, 1 gram ALA, 2 capsules Masculean
2:00 PM - 24 oz bottle of gatorade immediately following workout
3:00 PM - myoplex low carb protein shake
5:00 PM - 2 large chicken breasts (maybe with a lil mustard), macaroni shells plain, 1 gram ALA
7:00 PM - 2 eye of round steaks approximately 14 oz, 2 cups spinach, 1 gram ALA
9:00 PM - 2 large chicken breasts (maybe with a lil mustard), 2 cups green beans, 1 gram ALA
11:00 PM - myoplex low carb protein shake
then hopefully sleep to follow within 2 hours later
