1000 lbs mark

Do your poundages in deadlift, benchpress and squat combine to equal 1000 lbs?

for me: deadlift = 300, benchpress = 250, squat = 300 (these are one rep max), so i am shy by about 150 lbs.

Anybody at 1500?

G.S.

745 Dead / 765 squat / 585 bench = 2095

If my knees were still healthy, who knows where I would have ended up...:(

someone on here has done a 1000 pound box squat
I almost find that hard to believe. There are only a handfull of people that have done over 1000lb squats in comp. If a guy were able to do a box squat with 1000 he should be able full squat much more. I'm not saying it's impossible, just that we're talking an itty bitty tiny percent of the PL population.

Not to mention that would be extremely hard on your back.

theres pics and vids for you nonbelievers

and he prolly can full squat more

but i understand, it seems unreal- at the least.

and get this. hes squatted like 3 or 4 times in the past YEAR

A few of the people on the training board are the very best lifters in the world. :)

Although, a 1000lbs box squat does seem a little too nice.
