yep its true.......... i had a good day..... got to gym late and they were closing, so i didnt get to finish the whole workout..... but i still had a good one, and im already sore.
Front Squat - 335 x 1 - 110lb PR!!!! 225 was my old pr from March of this year, using a medium stance, i have been doing front squats for reps with a wide stance ever since then. pluse i went below parallel today.
Seated Zercher Goodmornings - 225 x 3. 40lb pr......... i think i absolutely hate this exercise more than any other......lol but it hits hard.
Rack pulls - 405 x 2 x 8. had no chalk and grip gave out. so i finished with 315 x 2 x 8 with hardly any rest in between.
good day..... now to eat.
