Approved Log Fluffy to Ripped the Cutting Journal

The leg split up has been a game changer for me makes it easier to recover and carry on without too much down time

i done a shoulders session in between my leg days i found a new toy in my gym that makes shrugs soo much easier and way better for high reps to failure check out my video love it.

my strategy with training is running smoothly with the focus of one movement to go all out and heavy on and the rest will be deload high rep movements. i feel its a safer way to train for longevity

Ive been eating more after heavy training and its definetly helped my recovery and starting to put on some size

smashed my superset shoulder routine. struggled with the rear delt flys for some reason could not reach my normal full stack i think i may have burnt myself out tonight. i got a lot of maximum load on the shoulder shrugs done waaaay more reps. Face pulls felt awesome tonight form was on!

Finish off the legs today

warmed up with hip abducters inwards and outwards high reps low weight

fasted cardio in the morning 30mins on the stairmaster.
today was concentration was on the leg press got up to 280kgs im very happy with that! back to my pb! been a while since i could push it. decided to concentrate on deloading and repping as much as possible.

2nd movement was the old bulgy bastard squats focused on as many reps as possible stayed in a safe weight range 25kgs each side.

last movement was sitting down hamstring curls as the finisher high reps low weight.

i called it a night tommorow is another day home to recover.

Great updates, brother! Love the work you are putting in. I'll have to give the shrugs a whirl on that machine the next time I'm in a commercial gym. I've always struggled with shrugs as I get a "click" in my left collarbone (despite numerous different variations, etc... just built different hahaah! Doesn't hurt, but is annoying and disconcerting to say the least.
 
Great updates, brother! Love the work you are putting in. I'll have to give the shrugs a whirl on that machine the next time I'm in a commercial gym. I've always struggled with shrugs as I get a "click" in my left collarbone (despite numerous different variations, etc... just built different hahaah! Thanks brother definitely jump on it give it a crack its safer and easier than dbs thats for sure i have a fear one day ill drop a 60kg db on my toes 😂 try roll your shoulders back standing upright with weight then lean forward slightly leave arms straight down no bend in arms shrug away 💪

What i also love about that machine is if anything feels off drop that bitch safe as
 
Hey brothers here is my progress so far very happy with where im at. My goal was to get as ripped and lean as possible
my next goal is to put some size on but i want to remain lean so its going to be a challenge ill enjoy

I wanted to have a crack at a pull day to test out my forearm strain. every excercise i did went smoothly i deloaded on all movements to play it safe. ill admit got carried away at the end of the session and pushed some limits lol. Did not try chin ups this session as this is what started the aggrivation and strain in the forearm. To walk away from back day without any injuries was a win in my books and very uplifting to my confidence.

Started off with Row machines high and low changing handgrips to hit the different back muscles. My fav db rows went smoothly. close grip pull downs went is where i got carried away and went abit heavy but i came out ok the pump was too good.

I just thought id add i felt my strength and energy levels lift as soon as i fixed my gut/stomach issues with pre biotics and almond milk/kefir and kimchi back into my diet.

thanks brother i felt like it was taking forever to heal than when i just forgot about it and carried on with training it healed itself quicker! lol
 
hey brothers
i have new toys to play with at my new gym i needed a change from the old gym crowd was getting anoying and too busy not enough machines found a good one with new different machines and plenty of them to go round even if busy! i feel like a kid in a play ground having so much fun but at the same time these new machines are very humbling to say the least hitting differnt muscles. which is good i ll share new machines every time i go in so you can see what i mean check out this hack squat you can go either way on it and it has floor panel which you can alter aswell lol gaaaaamon!

most of the weights tonight i had to deload as i didnt want to risk any injures on these new machines just done as much reps and sets to failure on low weight

also added in a great lower back machine very simular to the back extensions but more range its definetly helped my lower back problems please give it a try if you have lower back issues @Grumpy1

honestly most of the machines i jumped even the dbs felt heavier than usual im not sure if its me or these weights are heavier in this gym

hey brothers
i have new toys to play with at my new gym i needed a change from the old gym crowd was getting anoying and too busy not enough machines found a good one with new different machines and plenty of them to go round even if busy! i feel like a kid in a play ground having so much fun but at the same time these new machines are very humbling to say the least hitting differnt muscles. which is good i ll share new machines every time i go in so you can see what i mean check out this hack squat you can go either way on it and it has floor panel which you can alter aswell lol gaaaaamon!

most of the weights tonight i had to deload as i didnt want to risk any injures on these new machines just done as much reps and sets to failure on low weight

also added in a great lower back machine very simular to the back extensions but more range its definetly helped my lower back problems please give it a try if you have lower back issues @Grumpy1

honestly most of the machines i jumped even the dbs felt heavier than usual im not sure if its me or these weights are heavier in this gym
