Monday 26th

Wow , what a long month, alot of rest and appreciation for the injury I had, but you cant get to your goal by standing still.

Just wanted to get some blood flowing tonight, so we started with chest and shoulders. I just listened to the superhuman radio episode with PJ Braun talking about working your chest with a bad shoulder. Great show!!!

10 min treadmill

Standing side laterals----3x10

Well I made it through pain free.

I also tried Muscle Replenisher (orange) tonight, if you like orange creamsicles, you'll love this stuff.

I'm gonna whip up some NTBM Protein pancakes before bed so I have them ready for the morning as well.

I'm going to do a very light back day along with rear delts tomorrow.

Welcome back... I'm sure you've learned from your injuries and now you have a better understanding of what you can handle. I threw my back out squatting last year and I could barely get out of bed.

Tuesday 27th

Holy shit I'm sore today!!!

def can tell I had a month off, just did 35 min cardio, and am about to have a N2Matrix shake and hit the hay.

I have to remember to ease in this week, I am a little tentative to hit my back, so its gonna be really light just to get a feel for it

Using the skeletel balm on my chest and had a few Vocodene to ease the pain abit, it hurts but man is it nice to feel muscle burn again

On a not so funny note, the idiots a Tim Hortons didnt give me a decaf this morning, with 2 Adderllin in me I was bouncing off the freakin walls for a couple hours

I was sore as I am today but not really pain, it was the first time i used a belt as well, Im not a fan of that either, messes with my breathing.

almost an off day today, I had ball tonight Im a bit sore but feel good overall. We won 17-8, 6-8 triple, double, 4 singles, walk, 8 RBI's, 3 r.
 
Frustration is mounting, Im still at the point that I need a few days off between workouts, my back gets really stiff for a few days after each workout regardless of what I'm doing.

Baseball will be over by the 22nd so I wont have to deal with that anymore.

i was able to do a slow 60 min on the treadmill this morning though, which has been a first in a while, seems like 8 months may not be enough time for me to step on stage if this back doesnt heal up soon.

Nice bro, besides young Pudge and Yadier Molina, Bonita Santiago is one of the few who had legit skill. I personally did not like to throw off my knees I found it be more time consuming then exploding from a low position.

Monday 16th

i had to try something today, so i just went and gave my arms a quick blast to at least get the feel of working out lol

Downed 2 scoops of N2KTS ( thats right i still had a stash) lol, and 5 gear and was good to go.

Baseball finishes this week, with all the injuries were down to 10 guys, so i cant bail on them.

gonna do some stretches to loosen up my back if i can.

Ive held off my supps cause i feel like im wasting them if i cant really train.

heres hoping next week i can build some momentum, maybe try 1 day on 1 day off to see if that helps

Nice, i played right field last night, i can still track the deep ball, i layed out for one and got to it, felt great then, not so much today lololol, we have 1 gane thurs then the playoffs saturday, 4 games on sat, 9am, 130, 330, 6pm, im gonna be half dead

Fro the n2kts i didnt use mine for every workout, but as a lift when i needed it i probs have 8-9 servings left

Im sitting down this weekend to plan out from now to christmas, My main focus is to add mass to my lil frame, lol, but bump up the cardio and get more fat off, details coming late Monday
 
Ok heres where I'm at and the plan from now to about christmas

Currently 246 at 18.3 %BF, I let myself slip while i was and still am recovering from my lower back injury. definately showed me its easy to get back to where you started without a consistent effort. and i shouldve kept my nutrition tight while i was healing but didnt. the top focus is to cut my BF in half by Christmas while bringing up some lagging parts

So the plan.......

i want to incorporate a little 5x5 style, so for each body part (except back and shoulders for now) 1 move each workout will be a 5x5 set, So this is the idea for the next 4 weeks

Training

Day 1--Chest/shoulders
Day 2--Back/Abs
Day 3--Rest
Day 4--Arms/Abs
Day 5--Rest
Day 6--Legs
Day 7--Rest

Food and Suppliments
Its hard to separate the 2 of these since they are going to work hand in hand. I keep hearing you can't add size while losing fat, well my goals is to fuel my workouts to grow but start my day in fat burning mode

Basic day

Wake up----Adderllin, Gear, Need2slin

AM Cardio

Meal 1--protein, fats, 19-Tren, Katanadrol 2.0, Formastanozol

Go to work lol

Meal 2--Protein, fats, Gear

Meal 3--Protein, fats, Adderllin

Meal 4 (PWO)-Protein, carbs, 19-Tren, Katandrol 2.0, Gear

Train

Ill be using N2Guard as well just have to figure out where to put it in my day


so thats what Phase 1 of this plan looks like, key points are to be consistent with my intake and supps, Ill probably look at sundays as having a cheat meal to keep my sanity, and using my head at the gym to avoid aggrivating any injuries, I'm starting to learn if it doesn't feel right don't do it.
 
lol, your plan looks good. You just have to take it slow. Injuries are very annoying and it takes a while to get back to 100%.

So i didnt tear muscles in my lower back its actually an mechanical inpingement? at my L4 and L5, so i have to avoid any compression causing exercises, i start some rehab work for it on thursday with him

So i need to avoid almost any type of compression to my back, so were gonna try to work around it.

No pain during the weights, but i could feel myself tightening up around the 25 min mark on the treadmill, and i'm really feeling it today, im pretty sore and achey, but i'll deal, for pain its just 2 alieve 3x a day.

I do like the 3 move idea, first move to warm up, then a 5x5 move, then the last move to burn out the muscle.

Wednesday is def an off day though, i have another adjustment on thursday with the chiro, and we'll set up the plan to start rehabbing the lower back.

I was in a real rush yesterday morning so i ate like ****

Meal 2---Swiss chalet- 1/4 chicken meal

Fuck its frustrating not doing more moves, but it may be a while before i can handle any compression on my back so I have to make the best of it.

followed it up with 30 min on the elipticle and 30 more on the treadmill
Supps were the usual, but i'm really liking the Isolation whey isolate and Onslaught post workout shake by Brutal Alchemy, both taste amazing!!!
Gonna go for chest and shoulder tomorrow along with another hour of cardio, i like splitting it up between the 2 machines its easier on my back that way.

Week in review and the week ahead

tough week spent most of it dealing with my now ex GF, she lives an hour away so I ve spent most of the week goin from there to work.

weight goal is 236, Lost 1 pound down to 238

--6 hours of cardio, Only completed 4 hours

--clean eating all week, ate ok ,missed afew meals and have some junk at the Ranger game since they wouldnt let me bring my cooler in

--all supps taken did ok skipped most of the Adderllin, i was already aggriveted the stims were not gonna help

--my rehab exercises done twice daily all week terrible only did them once all week


--got shoulders, chest and arms trained this week.

Sunday 24th

Time to test the back a bit, I just did upper work, no bending movements. Pretty light weights, just wanted to feel the movements a bit

Underhand Narrow grip PD's---120x 3 sets
Machine seated Rows---120x 3 sets
Rev Pec deck---115x 3 sets

followed up with 30 on the treadmill

As far as food, I had a few shakes but it is Sunday so I had some pizza and watched some Football. Where did the Raiders come from today???

Full force on supps except for Adderllin as I'll use it Monday to Friday and take the weekend off from Stims.

My rehab exercises were really tough this week. ive been sore most days, i was able to get some upper back, chest and shoulder work in but nothing major.

weight goal is 236, Stayed at 238

--6 hours of cardio, completed 4.5 hours all very low intensity

--clean eating all week, much better this week, actually missed a coule of meals feel like i underate abit

--all supps taken raging headache for a few days skipped all stims and stuck to decaf coffee

--my rehab exercises done twice daily 6/7 days done twice daily, really pushing to heal up


This weeks plan

Again 6 hours of cardio in

In bed by 11:30 each night

All supps taken

only eat from my cooler, replacing some read meat with some tuna

rehab moves done daily in the am after cardio, and each nite following cardio .

Going to re-introduce Adderllin in the AM, really starting to feel some aggression from the combo of Katanadrol and the 19-tren, I need to take it out on some weights.

Also need to try some jogging as well, as next Sunday I'm doing the Freedom 5k run for diabetes research, my honest goal is to jog 2.5k and walk 2.5k

Jogging at freezing is pretty impressive. We've been hovering around +5 out here during the day and I still think I'm dying...wait till the -30 hits! lol

dont worry this was a once a year thing i do for charity, mostly heavy weights and WALKING for me lolololol

I was very happy for all the pledges, Need2 put a huge one up , put me over the top
 
Hitting some chest and shoulders tonite, my lower back is better but still is very sore post workout, cardio has been 60 min every other day, looking to ramp it up to 5 days next week

So heres my meal breakdown at the moment

Meal 1----4 eggs, 1 pc WW toast, 1tsp margarine, coffee 3cr, 3 sweetner

Meal 2----Isolation whey iso (54g) 1 tbs NPB or 1/3 cup cashews

Meal 3----1 cup rice, 6 oz white fish, 1 tbs pasta sauce, 1 oz cheese

Meal 4--PRE-Onslaught shake

Meal 5--PWO-Onslaught shake

Meal 6--1 cup pasta, 1 can tuna, 1 tbs pasta sauce, 1 oz cheese

Pretty boring but the consistentcy and the lack of training ive been able to do lately this is working and im dropping about 2 lbs a week so far
 
Saturday Nov 20th

Did some cardio today along with my rehab exercises, still pretty sore, my lower back is really holding me back.

weight is still sliding off slowly, im down to 235, but still when i do lift im out of commission for 3 to 4 days due to soreness and being to stiff to even tie my shoes, so this coming week im gonna see if toning down the intensity and really just focus on dropping fat. I am gonna skip the April show and look to work towards a fall show as my first, I do not wanna step on stage until i feel i'm ready, its nice to say id like to do it to gain the experience, but really I want to go out there and win, so were gonna diet and strip fat and work on weaknesses as im able to.
 
Probably a wise decision! I'm aiming for a fall show too. I was hoping for June but not sure I'll be ready so fall is the goal! Hang in there with the back. :)

Rocked some cardio today, 60 min on the treadmill, do guys like putting on layers and sweating like a pig, or just shorts and a t shirt and being comfortable.

did rehab move 3 times today, some of them are getting easier, but still pretty sore after them

Diet has and will stay very simple, mostly protein and some fats, while having some carbs pre and post workout.

Currently 234, my goal is still to hit 219 by Christmas day so we'll see how it goes

Tri pushdowns--3 sets

Rehab moves are coming along good, its 9 moves 3 sets each and now just once daily, now have added some bending movements into the mix.

Tomorrow just rehab and cardio.

Hammer flat bench---4 sets
Incline DB fly---3 sets
Pec deck----4 sets

I didnt notice my back until i was doin cardio, so a small victory today

Saturday yes more cardio, and gonna try a few back moves
 
Back at it....literally, tried to sneak up on my lats without my lower back noticing lol.

40 min on the elipticle

Only dropped 1 lb this past week, gonna re-tool the diet a bit

Cardio Sunday lol

Started the day with 45 on the treadmill, and will hit another 45 tonight before bed after my rehab work.

Very clean eating today

Meal 1-- shake whey iso, NPB

Meal 2-- 2 eggs, can of tuna, spices

Meal 3--shake whey iso, NPB

Meal 4--6 oz haddock

Meal 5-- shake whey iso NPB

So boring so good lol.

I wanted to hit legs tomorrow but the cardio has my wheels pretty sore, so I'll play it by ear tomorrow for what i'm gonna hit.
 
I took Monday off to ride the couch and relax for a night, but back at it today.

Pretty sore today, but I dragged my ass to the gym to use the
elliptical for 65 min tonight.

I'm gonna switch to a keto diet, probably Dave P's basic cutting one, to see if I cant speed up the fat loss.
