Hi everyone!!!!

I'm gonna start a daily log of what I'm taking to help me acheive my goals.

I'll be back on later to get into the details, but if you have any suggestions just post them up!!

Wednesday 26th

tested out the shoulder today with a light chest workout

Pec Deck---4 sets
Incline flyes--4 sets
Hammer flat press--4 sets

I coated my shoulder in Skeletel balm, the cool relief helps with the pain. I cut my weight pretty much in half and went pretty slow for reps.

I woke up late today so my early meals were sparatic, but i did manage to get all my supps in. I added Brutal alchemys ATTACK to my plan, taking 3 tabs twice a day

I also tested the ankle as well, i was able to walk for 35 min before getting really sore.

I'll take tomorrow off and try again on Friday
 
Ok ive just taken 2 and im sipping on a large coffee as well, why you ask.......cause i'm crazy like that lololololol
 
Has anyone tried 3 Adderllin at a time yet????

Just poboy did and he couldn't go to sleep. If anyone can handle it you can, lol. Just a note to the people reading Mrod is the only guy I can think of on boards that can handle this much adderllin. There's a bouncer here on Long Island that takes it like him but no one else period!

good point i wouldnt want anyone having any type of freakout to this, the ephedra/ephedrine issues in the US was caused by irresponsible use.

Please use caution and try one at a time

Sunday 30th

Tested the shoulder again today with a light5 chest workout, no real pain just discomfort and quick fatigue. I followed the same routine of Skeletel Balm on it pre and post workout

35 min on the treadmill--seems like the max right now before my ankle hurts

Incline flyes------4 sets

Incline Hammer--4 sets

Trying to add some variety into my diet as well, i tried cherry, strawberry, carrot, kale juice today, it wasnt too bad.

meal 1-----2 scoops N2Matrix, 1 banana, 1 tbs cocoa
meal 2----4 eggs, 4 pc turkey bacon
meal 3----2 scoop whey iso, 1tbs cocoa, 1 tbs mac oil

Gonna put the Need2slin on the shelf for a bit to focus on these new supps. I was happy with the Need2slin, it allowed me to be a little sloppier with my diet and still make some gains.

Im gonna hit another 35 min cardio tonite

Ahhhh finally Arm day, the shoulder held up ok today, I didnt get to crazy , i just wanted the get some blood moving in my arms

forearm work is new to me, but they feel nice and tight, I really noticed the BA Attack kicking in , the pumps were pretty heavy today

Skeletal balm with Forged Joint Repair helped my shoulder out big time bro..after about a week, I was back to barbell shoulder pressing heavy!
 
I take the forged joint repair every night and the skeletel balm pre and post workout, its been helping

I have never taken joint repair, however I do rub the sbalm and I must admit it is amazing.
 
Friday 4th

Just finished 35 min of cardio, im gonna try a very light shoulder worjout tonite along with some rotator cuff moves.

4 total Adderllin today, still getting a nice "buzz" so to speak from it, I do get cold when i take it, kinda like the AC is on way to high, that lasts for about 2 hours then it levels off but the energy and focus is good for almost 6 hours.

Gear is kind of tough to explain, its really a culmative effect, im taking 12 a day (4x3) and I'm still holding onto my gains as i tighten up the diet and ramp up the cardio

Forged Joint repair and skeletel balm, again its been a gradual improvement in my joints, my hand and knee aches have faded since i started it last month, and the balm is really soothing and I'm not waking up in pain when i use it on my shoulder and ankle

Ive ordered some HcGenerate to get a little test boost as my diet seems to have lessened my libido a bit.

The N2matrix (whey casien blend) its nice having a different shake to have before bed thats slower digesting, but fuck me does it taste like shit on its own, Ive been adding the Power Butter for some good fats to it along with some cocoa to help it out, We need a better flavour for this.

I think HCGenerate does more than "a little test boost", more like a nice boost in test. SBalm rocks preworkout especially on squat days. SICK log BTW!

I've read alot of logs of some of the weights guys are lifting for arms, I guess i'm fortunate, mine are responding well to lighter weights, every once in a while ill use 50's for DB curls but mostly i stay 35-45. I didnt feel my shoulder at all lifting today so all in all a good day

Played ball tonite, had a blast, we won both games

Gonna do 35 min on the treadmill and some stretching
 
Wednesday 9th

I'm always pretty sore the day after ball, its a little tougher playing at 230ish than it was at 175.

Just gave some of this to my SO, so he will be running it for atleast a few weeks, and I will make sure his reviews get posted!! Today was day one on just a cap after a nice week break off all supps and WOW!! LOVED IT!! Have nothing but good things to say and will get a full review up tomorrow!
 
Hells yeah bro, I played college baseball. Most people refer b-ball as basketball LOL! Yes 4caps is a heft dose of adderlin but M-rods aint no small dude so he def got a high tolerance.

Yup I am still at just one cap in the a.m. and then busting out a scoop or so of n2kts for my pre-workout... I had debated trying out 2 adderllin though and just spacing them a few hours apart?!

Will more then likely take the weekends OFF my fat burners too, since I don't have any workouts except some cardio maybe, and I feel it will help keep receptors clean?! just a thought anyways.

good thinking, thats what im doing, weekends off all stims, i kept a 6 hr gap between the Adderllin and N2kts as well

that's what i have been doing is taking sat and sun off from fat burners, for this run of dieting i am on. so far seems to be going okay... i at least "feel" the burners more when I add them in on mondays.
 
INJURY UPDATE

On Monday night I tore muscles in my lower back doing bent over rows, I am currently on anti-inflamatories and pain killers. I am looking to take the month of July off of weight training. Hopefully within a week I will be able to resume cardio, and am looking for a stetching plan to do each morning to help me recover from the aches and pains I accumilated over the past year. I'm also going to continue ab work once I am able to, I'll be re-evaluating my diet as I definately need to eat less to continue my fat loss. My supps will remain the same as the Adderllin will help with fat loss, Gear will aid in healing, Need2slin will assist in better utilization of my intake, I'm unsure about the Attack , i dont know if i need to worry about No prduction right now

I appreciate that, the plan is to get back to cardio next week, focus on some stretching, help work on some of the aches and pains I have, and continue working my abs. tightening up the diet along with the Adderllin, i can still make progress during this down time
 
One week ago today i tore up my back, this has sucked but tomorrow I m gonna try to deal without painkillers and maybe go for a 15 min walk
 
Can be rough on your liver and kidneys too. Stay hydrated for sure.
 
Wednesday 7th

Went for a 15 min walk on the treadmill today, wasnt too bad but i was def done at the 15 min mark, we'll try again tomorrow

so far so good, no other chems right now, ive taken a few days off to clear my head and plan my recovery, ive gone pretty hard this last year and the injuries have been adding up, so far weve lost some weight with the adderllin itll be back on in a day or 2, as i can continue to add cardio

Thanks man, its been a fun year, lots of ups and downs, its been 12 days since ive been to the gym, im getting stir crazy, ill be doing some stretching tomorrow and guage where i am from there, but the plan is to not lift any weight until at least Aug 1. Let my joints and those aches and pains heal up
 
Wednesday 14th

Did 17 min on the treadmill today, was sore at around 14 min, but it was ok, this new girl i'm hookin up with is trying to kill me though
 
Thursday 15th

Another day in paradise

Just did some stretching and am pretty sore, so no walking today.

Ive put on 3 lbs in these 17 days, gonna try to cut my intake a little more, and try to get 20 min of walking a day in, to go with my stretching, I'm looking for that youtube vid of using a tennis ball to help massage your back as well
 
Sunday 18th

Trying to get backin a groove

Went for an hour walk today 2.13 miles, so a nice slow pace, my back felt a little stiff but not much pain

Had just 1 adderllin today, but reaaly upped the Gear pills to 4 x 5

My intake will be alot lower since I cant lift yet, kept it simple and just cut my meals in half, gonna go for another walk tomorrow
