09/05/2026 - Update

Did my first early morning fasted workout. I used to workout fasted in the morning all the time. I struggled with it but I think I’ll get used to it if I keep doing it.

80kg x 10 reps
85kg x 10 reps, 8 were clean
85kg x 5 reps, hands gave out 😞

Close grip pull down
67kg x 10 reps

Cable pull over

24.5kg, 3x10

Food

Only had two meals yesterday because I was so busy. But they were two big meals.

Lunch: chicken stir fry with egg noodles

Dinner: hamburger with the lot, chicken fillets and chips

Not a chance Strickland wins. The guy is all mouth any most people who even just box could floor him.

Me personally, I’d definitely lose that, I’m not stupid but he’s certainly lacking in a lot of areas

Watched the UFC on sunday and caught my boy Strickland get the dub live.

Second time he's won the belt as a betting underdog. Shit got me feeling like anything was possible, so i hit the gym hard tonight.

Woke up and weighed in at 79.8kg, which is a new low. I haven’t been this light in years. I feel like my body composition is slowly improving even as i get lighter. I know you look bigger leaner, but I still think I’ve put on some muscle.

60kg x 5 reps
70kg x 5 reps
80kg x 10 reps
90kg x 6 reps
90kg x 5 reps
60kg x 10 reps

Felt great.

Walking lunges
14kg each hand (16s were being used) so I did extra long laps. Only managed two before I crumbled

Leg extensions

25kg on each side
3x10

I’m travelling for work so I had to get in a quick session before my flight. Quick session is better than no session.

I know its probably not the best way to do it, but before the Reta and hgh I wasn’t this locked in. It’s like, if I was going to be enhanced I might as well work hard. I know you should probably already be a peak natty before doing anything, but I feel like it got my mentally wanting to kill it. The results are coming fast, and it motivates me to go even harder. It’s like I’m in a roll now and I’m gaining more and more momentum.

Stretching the walking lunges out into extra long laps with the 14s because the 16s were tied up is the kind of workaround that turns the dumbbell shortage into extra time under tension brother 💪
