sometimes cabbage and even broccoli can be hard to digest for some
if you're able to digest them then go for it if not then you can always switch to different vegetables
 
Great dedication so far 👏 stick with it and you will definitely go far and see amazing changes long term, GW is incredible and can really help u see changes quickly and help u push harder long term while utilizing it.
 
Any thoughts about Ostarine i am more familiar with GW.
My wife is doing something similar to you. She is doing the same doses on Ostarine and Cardarine, but she is also doing 10mg Test Cyp/week and 1.5IU gh/day.

I’m not familiar with the other experiments. Is she her logging? I would love to follow and maybe borrow some tips. I’m waiting for my N2Guard and N2Slin it’s taking forever :)

Any thoughts about Ostarine i am more familiar with GW.
Ostarine is great for healing and recovery, I enjoy it as well because it is mild in nature easy for running it and recovering on it. I ran it with GW few years ago and with my diet being on point I saw excellent results with the combination.

nice job for sure I'm currently on a two day fast myself and I'll break it tomorrow

try and do a fast overnight so it's longer than 30 hours and you'll see some amazing changes
 
you should be noticing a boost in endurance already

1 hour of cardio! you're amazing and fasted lifting and cardio is the best. Will clean you out and boost results.

the n2guard is amazing. you will love it

on the n2slinx my gf uses it and loves it. i have her take it 30-45 minutes before any decent sized meal. that is how i recommend using it. do NOT use it before a workout or while fasted! you can fast then take it, but you must eat within 30-45 minutes

Agreed, doing the same here on N2Slinx only before large meals, and that’s all i have lately, one or two meals a day…. On N2guard i split the dose. Twice a day.

If you want to lower blood sugar in a cost effective way if u shop at Costco get those cinnamon/chromium pills.

2tbsp of fish oil, you're drinking distilled fish oil right? please only use distilled (heavy metal issues in regular)

and n2slin x before meals is perfect, step by step it.

Btw, a few things, can you add psyllium husk to this? and some spore based probiotics?

Thanks but I’ve done the psyllium thing and it’s just too much stuff. … i get plenty of fiber from vegetables. I just don’t want to end up with a kitchen full of supplements, seems unsustainable in the long term. And yes, i have barleabs and nordic fish oil.
 
does not hurt to keep some husk on hand just in case

How’s the weight loss journey so far? You seeing results?
Difficult to answer. I notice changes in how i feel and some changes in definition. Upper that’s typically where i see changes easiest.
I gain and lose the same 2 pounds but that’s not strange for me , most important is to measure and since jan 6 increased lbm, lost fat. Swap.
Lost an inch around the chest and waist, but thighs and hip stays stubborn, also typical and slightly frustrating. So recomp …
But it’s been two weeks since making some new diet changes and 12 days since i started the cardarine+ostarine. I know they help but I’m not expecting huge changein two weeks maybe in four .

Interesting what Is the Landmine Row? I haven't heard of it and you got me really curious about it.

Use a V-handle attachment, bar, under tgw landmine. Basically narrow grip row, allows heavy, hits the back differently than barbell row. Probably close to how a close grip chin up look/feel. Working on assisted chinups and these for building that strength, nerves , cutting the chub etc :)
