So I decided to start my first cycle ever...

I'm been training for more than 3 years but never saw the results I was expecting. I guess I was always doing something wrong (let's put it that way).

My first bulking was atrocious. I did a lot of mistakes and ended up looking chubby. Back then I had to lose all those pounds I gained which were mostly from fat. After a couple of months I start to bulk again. I tried to do it carefully this time but again I gained too much fat. I ended up killing myself at the gym one more time. In my third bulking season something similar happened. That was last year. Right now I'm not even working out anymore (since like two months ago). I lack energy most of the times, I mean, what can you expect? It sucks to have worked your ass off for nothing. So much that I decided to start my first cycle.

I think the problem back then was that I decided to bulk being at a high body fat percentage and also, I feel like never trained consistently. But it was understandable... Anyway, during the last months I've been trying to lose some bf to start my first cycle on test, but it's been really hard. I think I'm around 18% right now, sorta of skinny fat I guess...not really "skinny", but definitely not toned... I don't look like I work out anymore because even if I had a lot of body fat you could tell I was into fitness...

I know many of you will tell me that I need to train harder before starting my first cycle on steroids, but I don't really care. I'm 32 years old already and I feel like I have wasted too much time trying to get big for nothing.

Eat protein rich foods and relatively little fat or carbs.
Besides making you fat they take room for more protein!

That's another thing I have to have in mind when I start my cycle, not getting "fat" again. I wonder if there's a way in which you can take steroids without gaining fat.

Bulking is absolutely ridiculous. Workout and eat when you are hungry. Some people are not genetically inclined to store fat. I'm an ectomorph and my bulk was a complete waste of time. I got chubby, strong, and when i cut down i didnt look any better than before i started. Another thing i noticed was that i didnt feel good at all. No energy, my stamina decreased, which was always top notch. I burned out in the gym easier etc... I will never attempt to bulk again. There is a weight where your body wants to stay at, equillibrium. Steroids are not the answer especially if you say you are skinny fat. My advice to you is getting fit, conditioned, not ocky. Start running and get your diet in check, keep hitting the weights and see where that takes you in a few months

Eat to grow. Bulking is not ridiculous... it is the most effective way to grow. However bulking is not an excuse to get fat. Eat in a controlled surplus and have good peri nutrition

No, bulking in the traditional sense isn't ridiculous, but if you're fcking it up like the op is evidently, maybe you're just not there yet. Get that diet and training down to where you know wtf you're doing. I see so many guys every winter whose "bulking" consists of eating crap and lifting stupid heavy with bad form. They end up looking like fat asses.

Exactly right. Nutrition doesnt go out the window in the offseason or on a bulk quantities just increase

He asking is steroids the answer to his problem and no it's not in my opinion you go on the juice to enhance what you already got if your not going to compete then why go on a mega bulk. He's right when he says about your body type some people are just not meant to be big beast just like they really big guy don't do Physique, so my advice to you would hit the cardio like hell you will lose some muscle but at least you will get rid of the fat don't forget to eat clean and that fat will go in time always try a do your cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach I promise you if you have everything in check you won't have any issues. Once you have lost the fat you can then start building your muscles but be careful not to stop the cardio altogether you can relax it a little but you must keep it going. You will get there but for what you said drugs aren't your answer. Good my friend.

Haha he's not asking if juice is the answer tho, he wants help deciding what to run, he's already decided out of frustration. You know how that idea is once it gets in your head...
