We all have been through shit some more than others it's just you don't come across that you know what your doing. Gear won't solve any of your problems it might add to them though. You have to except that we are all telling you the same thing are we all wrong and your right I don't think so. But if your hell bent on running a cycle shut this thread down start a new one under a different name and don't speak about problems and whining about stuff then you might get some answers you want. I wish you luck and hope you don't hurt your self
 
Hi I have been reading all the threads and I'm sure you are demotivated but it does sound like something is wrong and I'm sure the calorie intake is too high and not enough cardio. I'm not saying kill yourself with cardio but fasted cardio for 40min maybe every alternate day. Also,Try see a nutritionist who can advise you on the different carb options for your daily Calorie requirements so you can switch your meals around so it's not so mundane.I'm pretty sure your portions are wrong. Maybe don't do the bulk and instead do a lean gain on anavar/primo or a steroid that doesn't retain water. Then maintain your leans gains and try a bulk afterwards later down the line.just don't give up on cardio and look into your calorie intake.
 
This is how gross I look. Yes, I find my body disgusting whenever I look myself in the mirror.
I lost some muscle during the last crazy diet, not so much the abdominal fat and it's very noticeable. Guess I look textbook skinny fat by now. What do you think is my body fat percentage btw?

Let's go back to basics. Sometimes doing this will uncover things that were overlooked. I am pretty sure that it is your diet from the gains ( or lack there of) and the bodyfat. I have had people tell me that they were consuming 1000 calories a day and were obese. As you pry into every minute of the day you find all these extra worthless calories that they are consuming that they are not telling you about.
You can do this, but you need to be patient. Eat every 2-3 hours. I will not pretend to be a diet expert however i do know a little and what works for my body. Most of the things are universal though.
You need to eat clean and do not starve yourself. Adding cardio will advance the progress, but do not overdue it. You may get discouraged and then stop everything.
I would keep your proteins to lower fat proteins like skinless chicken breast, tilapia, and tuna fish. I would stay away from red meat until bulking and then still limited. Use avocado and almonds for fat. Yes you need it! Carbs - baked potato and pasta (no sauce). Brocoli also adds to carbs. Obviously veggies.
 
GO AND JUICE JUICE JUICE YOU HAVE EVERY BODIES BLESSING show the the after photos would love to see them good luck and take care any chance of ending this thread now
