Ive expecting some LG to arrive with some GW any day  now... ordered from Sarms1 a couple of weeks back...but I'm in  Australia. Ive been on uniques GW for about 10 days and have had good  results both endurance wise and lowering body fat%. I  have my appetite  under control only eating clean, and just doing mainly cardio ish type  workouts. When the LG arrives my plan is to run it and the GW together. I  will re introduce some strength training and  my area of performance I  would like to increase is pressing...both bench and overhead along with a  little endurance

. Do you have any other suggestions? I am going to  log the shit out whatever I do..already log workouts, supps and  nutrition in detail.
