First of all: Dylan's endurance for answering tons of questions is incredible. Maybe just because of GW :D
Serious business: Originally, I was planning a cycle with Oxanabol and GW. I made some researches and red many many studies to LGD-4033. Very interesting stuff. I think, I will replace Oxa with LGD, also because of avaiability.

1-7 LGD-4033
6-14 Osta + GW
14-18 Clomid + DAA

Now the tricky point: Normally, you should take a full PCT if you are finishing LGD. But I will take directly after LGD Osta and GW. So I planned to take Clomid and DAA after the whole SARMS cycle.
Also I'm unsure because of the gyno danger of LGD: should I take Anastrozol or Arimidex during LGD? Or just Tamoxifen just in case if my nippels are puffy and pull?

Thank you in advance for any advices.

this is not the optimal way to run this cycle nor is it the optimal pct... here is how to run this properly...

please put all your questions into one question bro...

yes, you can run osta up to 12 weeks.... you can run it in pct and then go another 8 weeks on it...

gw goes great with everything... its highly effective no matter what you run it with

Just like he said, LGD is some intense stuff and a full PCT is highly recommended after it. And there's no better places to get your PCT stuff from that N2BM and Sarms1, that's for certain.

Question for you guys.... I have these products and want to know the best way to split these up throw out my upcoming cycle for the best bang for you buck plus to get the best desired outcome (amount to take for how long). I would like to run these for a 8 weeks while on my cycle. I am also taking helladrol and kantradrol while on cycle. Planing on using MK as part of my PCT.

1 bottle S4 (Andarine) - 50mgs/ml @ 30ml
1 bottle MK-2866 (Ostarine) - 50mg/ml @ 30ml
1 bottle GW-501516 (Cardarine) - 20mgs/ml @ 30ml

What is the max dose you would go for osta? would 40/mg a day be too much? My mongoloid of a rat weighs 218 at 5'11" so lots of soft tissue

Should I start 1mg and increase weekly by 1mg or start on 10mg and keep it there for my full 8 week cycle?

You should NEVER exceed 25 mg a day of osta... after that all you will see are negative side effects and diminished gains... dose it responsibly...

run it at 10 mg from the start... you can run it that way the entire time...

it should be 50mg/ml... where are you getting 100 at? if its 50mg/ml then ONE ML IS 50 MG

It doesnt matter if you take them with ir without food... Dont mix them with anything... Bro, just take them straight down... Use a chaser if you really feel you need it...

one more question....I lifted steady for three years then did 10 months of all sports no lifting....got back in the gym, steady liftin for 3.5 months, just got done with a 10 day break(vacay) should I start my s-4 and osta now? or lift a week or two then start?

Is there a recommended/preferred cycling protocol for GW? and a second question, should it be refrigerated after opening? I know that sounds funny , but I am in a hot climate and the temp can go up to 35 and even 40 degrees now in the summer.

You can run it up to 12 weeks and then should take 4 weeks off... Keep it in a cool and dry place... Do not refridgerate

1. keep it at 10 the entire time unless you have no side effects... then after 4-6 weeks you can bump it to 15 mg...

2. i recommend using hcgenerate es on cycle and the regular version in pct...

Do ur research. I used a few places before sarms1. My bros and I run that only. Their gears are reliable and consistent. Running their gw is better than aicar and gw from most other sources. My best mate just texted me today about receiving his sarms1 LGD. He was going nuts about how it burned under his tongue and then told me he didn't want to leave the gym.


Trust me. We've just eradicated the misinformation about gw, wait for more studies with the combo bro. Aicar is relatively new and very expensive. Run sarms1 gw and watch ur LDL drop, HDL rise and enjoy your shredded stomach.

I also have to point out that he was running the LGD from another company for 10 days prior to running the sarms one LGD. The effects were actualized upon taking the sarms one brand LGDin one day and he really didn't feel any thing from the other company.

That's excellent bro and your other post was definitely spot on... The logs are showing how powerful sarms1 lgd really is... LGD should be putting on excellent, clean lean muscle and shredding you up at the same time... sarms1 delivers on this... the results are showing on everyone that is using it...

Doesn't surprise me. Honestly with new SARMs like LGD a lot of companies rush them out without finalizing their formulas and it turns out to just be bunk.

I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that Sarms1, who was not only making a new SARM but was ALSO a new company, blew everyone else away with their LGD quality.

My direct experience has been limited to their GW unfortunately but my boy loves the LGD. I'm looking forward to logging a sarms1 osta/GW PCT after my tren enth, eq and TRT run at the end of next summer, though I may just run primo or mast instead of tren.

OSTA and GW is a great combo - running it from right now also from Sarms1 and I'm absolutely loving it. I could see how it would be great for PCT.

Yeah IM hoping that it can effectively combat the diminishing physique Gains that occur with trenbolone. I ran a similar stack and PCT with a very low dose of trenbolone and it seemed to work okay but I couldn't gauge it properly because my gym attendance was the lowest it has ever been since I was able to lift because of my internship and because of acute shoulder soreness

Ive expecting some LG to arrive with some GW any day now... ordered from Sarms1 a couple of weeks back...but I'm in Australia. Ive been on uniques GW for about 10 days and have had good results both endurance wise and lowering body fat%. I have my appetite under control only eating clean, and just doing mainly cardio ish type workouts. When the LG arrives my plan is to run it and the GW together. I will re introduce some strength training and my area of performance I would like to increase is pressing...both bench and overhead along with a little endurance:). Do you have any other suggestions? I am going to log the shit out whatever I do..already log workouts, supps and nutrition in detail.

you definitely want to use hcgenerate es on cycle to keep your suppression to a minimum... run lgd at 10 mg a day and gw at 20 mg a day... you can run lgd up to 12 weeks and gw up to 14 weeks... enjoy the cycle! you will need a full pct when you are done... here is what i recommend...

I did a cut mix which came out to about 200 mgs of tren ace and mast and 300 of test prop. I bridged gw in the last 10 days and then started my pct which included osta and gw. So no I used GW for a PCT in a low dose tren stack and my numbers and physique stayed the same initially.

Evolutionary sent out an email article a while back about how great GW was at counteracting some of the less desirable effects of Tren, good read. Havent tried it myself but sounds like it should work out well in theory

Osta is an 8, and would be a 10 if gw didn't exist, but gw takes the cake. GW makes a great PCT stellar. You are talking about a compound that will make gain loss virtually a thing of the past.

it won't be necessary to see effects but generally when your cutting, regardless of what your taking, you want carbs to be moderate at best...

i would not exceed 30 mg of dbol a day... you can definitely run dbol with lgd... you can run lgd for 12 weeks... start it at 10 mg day and you can get it up to 15 mg day...

bro, have you done any reading at all? you can't "get away" without a pct... all you need to do is run hcgenerate es 4 weeks for pct but you MUST run a pct...

osta 25 mg day dosed once a day

s4 50 mg day 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later

bro, have you done any reading at all? you can't "get away" without a pct... all you need to do is run hcgenerate es 4 weeks for pct but you MUST run a pct...

You did kind of leave a meatball hanging over the plate for Barry bonds to take a swing at. Osta really just requires a mini PCT. It's not as heavy as like a methylated gear would be. You will be thankful once you try them out. They are seriously very versatile. You can recomp cut build mass do whatever you want with them.

Have fun getting your stack from sarms1. My buddy was so upset after he didn't place top five in a recent competition. I told him about the LGD from SARMS one and he is raving about it. I really wanted him to do a log on here but he is just too busy he said. Also, he is not very technologically Advanced.

Thanks for the advice. If I like the results from this stack I think I'll give the LGD a go next time.

This is a killer thread... so much great info in here. All the sarms1 logs are worth following too. I cant wait to give LGD a run in the near future bro. I didnt expect such dramatic results

I recently red an article from Dylan, that LGD supress estrogen and testosterone levels, but the main values FSH and LH won't be that touched (like Osta). So, if the LH-value is still the same, there is no need for a PCT wirh Clomid or Tamox, right? The benefit from Clomid is to raise the LH, which raise himself the testosterone and this one the estrogen level. Are my thought right? The test subjects in the studies also didn't receive SERM, but their sexual hormones were in 3-4 weeks the same as before (tanks to the originally value of LH).
I planned:
1-6 LGD 7mg/ed
1-6 Aromasin 3.125 - 6.125/eod (just in case of gyno)
7-15 Osta 20mg/ed
7-13 GW-50 10mg/ed
13-17 DAA 3-5gr/ed

That should be okay? Originally i planned:

why are you only running 6 weeks? you need to run it 8 weeks... you are fine to run osta and gw back to back on it but daa alone, especially after running both lgd and osta for that time frame is not long enough... you will still experience some suppression... you should absolutely run hcgenerate alongside on cycle to minimize any suppression... that was one study done that showed those values but others have reported suppression... you may not need clomid or nolva but you need a stronger pct than that...

I am 10 weeks into a 12 week test/deca/tren cycle.
Been going great no real sides. Backne mostly.
going to PCT with Nolva and Chlomid.
I just received some GW and S4 fromm Sarms1. Can I start this cycle straight after PCT or I thought I read a thread here that you could do it at same time. Cheers

PS should have mentioned current cycle is

you can run both during your pct and go straight into a sarms bridge right after pct as well... or you can hold off until after pct... either way is fine...

Got a cycle setup question

Just got done with LGD/GW 8 week cycle and am in week 2 of Osta bridge/PCT of 4 weeks...then going into a 8 week Triple Stack of S4/Osta/GW...

Then do I rest for a while or go right back into LGD cycle?

Yeah I got the chunks too. I just try to shake them up a bit. Im just 10 days in on LG/GW and loving it. Gym in the AM & 20k cycle in the PM.

Dylan, is it beneficial to heat the GW like other research chems to help re-suspend it? I have had to do this with Ag guys clomid

AI a good idea on a Triple Stack? I used transdermal Formestane last time I ran a regular osta cycle and it worked very well

Adex lowers IGF-1 by 18% while formestane raises it 26%, therefore I will stick to formastane

Yup most guys aren't even bothering to check the difference. Liquidex research chems = arimidex, liquidex from N2BM is a bit different, it's liquid androsta with a new oral matrix.
