it really depends on how much you are trying to cut and what your goal is for your next cycle... if your trying to drop a lot of weight then just run gw as a standalone for 30 days... if your trying to cut an average amount of weight then run them together... i would always prefer to cut fat and maintain size and muscle...
I will running GW to cut before I cycle and osta in PCT. I have GW and osta in the cupboard and enough osta for 2 PCTs and then some. Would it be beneficial for muscle retention during the cut with GW to add osta?
