ok, so I know this is a side, and I see some mention here and there that it goes away

Im only using 2ius a day but I'm a camel anyway

what do you have in your arsenal to get rid of this while I wait it out and how long can I expect this to last?

I saw mention on the interwebs about hibiscus tea, any experience with this?

I cant put my rings on and my belly looks like its holding four lbs of water
I have no intention of stopping as its a sponsored log elsewhere and honestly the sleep I'm getting is amazing.

I've heard good things about celery extract helping with gh bloat. Also green tea extract.

I had pretty good luck with N2Slin and carb cycling the last time I used GH. It killed the water in about 10 days, but the first week actually made it worse before it got better

I can't carb cycle...the diet I'm logging is uhhhhh pretty high in whole food carbs /high fiber carbs

I'll look into celery seed extract ..makes sense. I can't imagine eating enough celery to have it work..lol
I think I have green tea extract lying around somewhere...

Yeah you'll want the extract lol it's extremely condensed. one of the caps is supposedly equal to eating a quarter pound of celery

I like celery but not that much

I wonder if the normal stuff like lemon in water, eat a potato, crap like that helps any
I wonder if I can eat a potato ...hmmmmmmmmm

one of the main reasons you see water retention with gh is because of the potassium to sodium ratio... you MUST make sure you are getting more than your usual amount of potassium... i can't take gh because im allergic to bananas and i just can't get the proper amount of potassium to keep the water retention down... one of the main reasons people experience all this water is the lack of potassium...

why not just supplement the potassium then?

Idk why I have a bad reaction to latex but not bananas
if I remember right a potato and an avocado both have way more potassium than a banana anyway

Lol you think i didnt think of that?I have supplemented it and had a bad reaction... I cant take in the amount needed with gh ... I cant eat advocados either and potatoes dont fit in my diet... Gh just doesnt work for me and its not a big deal for me because i dont want to risk the long term side effects... I was just simply trying to help you out... Its not about me... I have no desire to use it ... I just want to help you get around your problem... Your potassium needs to exceed sodium intake...

Drink plenty of water everyday. 1 to 1.5 gallons
Eat clean,,,watch sodium.
Use 2 heaping tablespoons of Metamucil EVERY night before bed,,,this will help many things
including that bloated belly.

yeah, I gotta up my water intake...Im supposed to be drinking a minimum of a gallon per my diet outline but for whatever reason don't seem to be making it happen.

why the vit C? the guy that outlined my diet wanted me on vit C and its the one thing I've neglected.

It helps to lower cortisol levels. Also does a million other things though :)

yeah I caught the cortisol bit after researching around a little bit...makes sense why he wanted me to take it now

picking some up today
