Will begin my tren, sust, and dbol cycle today.

to the OP, will you be doing a LOG for this cycle?

what cycle number is this for you? only asking cuz I saw tren. Maybe you already said what # cycle this is for you and I missed it?

I didnt see you post your actual cycle either. Just saw tren, sus and dbol.

how many mg's you runnin the dbol? currently on day 6 of 30mg and noticing a difference
 
nice base to work from, if this is your first cycle then tren is a no no.

I will run 10 week cycle. Week 9 will be only dbol and sust and week 10 will be only test. Week 9 and 10 will be mostly to clear tren out of my system
Pct will b dex and estro xtreme

Damn!!! Got my first case of "tren cough" . Did the usual draw back in the syringe ....no RBC's so I proceeded. Not my first BBQ fellas did not notice any pain during. But immediately after finishing I got funny taste in the mouth and I swear I almost coughed my lung out. Felt flushed for a bit and walked it off. Whew! Don't wish this on anyone

Thank you Friend, but you know PCT is as important as the cycle itself, I know nothing about this Estro Extreme.

Have you thought about using Post cycle and unleashed ? It frees up SHBG not only will you recover nicely but getting wood from the free test is another plus.
 
100% agreed. I do have enough Arimidex to make it good also TestoFreak and HCGenerate for natural boost. I did hear good things about Unleashed.

tren is a bad idea for a first cycle my friend. but if you are gonna insist on running it you need to atleast run caber/prami with it.

also during cycle you need an AI with test and dbol. i will suggest forma. and you need a better PCT then what you have there unless you want to delay recovery and waste your cycles gains.

also as said above you are not 9% body fat. more like 14-15%... the pic on my profile page I was 13% and I am about your height.. you should be able to easily see abs being under 10% and it isn't contingent on 'working out your abs' as you said. you cannot spot train anything if its covered with too much fat. you gotta get rid of the fat to expose the abs, i'm sure you know that just clarifying for others.

you have a very good base compared to 90% of guys who juice for the first time so kudos to you!!!!!!! I can tell you have a very thick chest and your legs must be large to be your height and weight natural. your traps should be attacked more though if you want my honest opinion..

, but a first cycle should be maybe dbol only for 4 weeks, or test only for 10 weeks. just to get a hang of things. now when you PCT you will be learning on the fly so its always a good idea to run a single compound and learn how to pct. then save the tren for maybe a 3rd cycle.. you may want to read the link in my signature on how to run a cycle and PCT. that will give you a blueprint

When I hit my first vein I was running laps around my house. Called up a bro who had been juicing for years (was my first cycle) coughing and trying to get "am I gonna die" out at the same time. Minute n half later was all good.

Radar or Steve if someone runs a test tren eq cycle would forma alone cover as an AI or would an oral thrown in there also need to be done?
 
Thank u man. I've ran few cycles but read my previous posts. This is my first cycle with injected tren. I had previously used oral tren. With good results. All in all I feel confident about overall knowledge base on anabolics. ...bought the book and read it, did my research before I commited to this years ago. Looked at most compounds out there and made my choices. I've made awesome gains so far. Mind u my weight was 110 at age 22. I will feel confident at 205 at 5'7" no matter what ppl will say about my stature. Now I am 31 and on way to my goal

i always run caber with tren. its not even just the anti-prolactin, its also the caber will aid your sleep .. i've run 2 tren cycles and the only issues i've had were the de-hydration (drink more water on tren always), and getting pumps (which isn't a big deal)

forma is great for test or dbol so i would run both. i've finishing up my test only cycle and no bloat at all thanks to forma.

you are on the right path.. just remember its a marathon, not a sprint.. don't try and reach your goals fast.. its not easy to put on mass and limit fat buildup. thats the challenge of bodybuilding!! if it was easy then everyone out there would look jacked.. most people look like shit though. cuz they don't workout enough and they eat poorly and have crappy lifestyles. i'm always looking for ways to improve my diet, workouts, lifestyle, etc. as you said as you get older you learn more about your body

Its been ten days into my cycle. Feeling great, no impact on joints and with minimal bloat and no sides. Did notice sleeping pattern off a bit. Taking unisom for it and it's doing the job. Definitely more vascular and cut. Get a bit testy ....or Hmm wait a bit "test-e" (LOL could not resist the pun). Definitely liking the cycle so far.

Little update. Decided to extend cycle into 12 weeks and run VAR in week 11 and 12.

Hey fellas.
I am thinking of doing a pro-hormone cycle next and not a steroid cycle. My supps will be either Cyanostane or Metha-Drol Extreme. Any thought on those compounds. Did anyone here get same if not better results from prohormones after having done steroids? Input much appreciated.

bro you look fantastic.. steroids help expand the chest and shoulders bigtime. you ALREADY had wide shoulders and chest naturally. now that you are on the juice you look tremendous.

this shows what happens when you already had a base.. hope all the newbs reading this thread learn this lesson.

lets review
1. body fat under 15%. check
2. already know how to workout. check
3. already know how to eat. check
4. muscles and mind already conditioned to working out . check.
5. did research and asked questions BEFORE juicing.. check

now look at the results. he didn't jump on juice and then decide to get the 5 things above in order
 
I think you're doing great! I definitely notice more vascularity and more mass in your chest and delts. For being so early in your cycle and looking like this already, I think you're going to look like the hulk when you're done ;) keep up the good work!

Also, Steve is completely right, PCT is just as important as your cycle. Keep us updated :)

formastanzol is great while on deca/tren.

not as powerful as caber so id get caber just in case but run the forma first and see if that will do the job for you.. forma really has a ton of great benefits while on cycle.

are you talking about mr supps products? even though they are listed as 'pro hormones' they aren't. thats just all part of the loophole to have them legal.

they are 'designer steroids' and very strong, as potent as any oral. literally 20mg vs. 30mg of beastdrol is a huge difference.

Added EpiTest to my cycle. Insaine pumps and concentration Maxed out at 325x5 seated leg squats. Before my Max was 270. Look into it fellas!!

Hey bro every IML product I have ran I have been very impressed with. Did methadrol extreme in the fall and loved it! I have a bottle of the cyano just don't know when imma use it.

Much love to my thread followers and gym rats. Agreed pics are certainly overdue. Need to update my membership. Still feeling and seeing gains. Going 6 days with Sundays off. Put more emphasis on core and legs. Today weight was at 197lbs. Feeling great for 5'7" stature

Whole grain oatmeal with granola and fruit in it
Protein shake with serving of glyco maze mixed in
Meal 2 (snack)
Greek yogurt no fat with mixed in fruit
Protein shake with serving of glyco maze mixed in
Meal 3 (lunch)
Mixed spring greens salad with cooked chicken breast diced in
Meal 4 (snack)
Serving of mixed fruit
Usually one banana one orange three large strawberries
Protein shake with serving of glyco maze mixed in
Meal 5 (dinner)
Chicken breast brown rice and baked red potato steamed asparagus.
Meal 6 (snack before bed)
Protein shake with serving of glyco maze mixed in.
...my pre and post workout supplements are taken according to workout schedule of that day.
One gallon of water is consumed each day. Usually add cut limes to the water jug ...can't stand the taste of water haha

You surprisingly don't eat that much. doing great though and thats quite a nice diet plan, similar to mine although I have one more main meal and two extra snacks a day, love my cottage cheese :P
 
You would be more lean and not be as bloated if you took 2 of your shakes out and replaced them with whole protein meals and carbs... Great results tho... how is it going???
