It seems that Levorex doesn't have the added benefits that SesaPure has.... But, I have had good results w/Lev and T-Rex.

levorex has a lot of health benefits as well, perhaps because they are not as specific they appear less in discussion.

EGCG (green tea catechin)- good for liver, blood sugar, great anti-oxident, causes fat cell apoptosis, cancer preventative actions..etc..etc
ALCAR- protect cardiac tissue, improves cell metabolism particularly brain cells, acetyl-donor (acetyl-choline).
Evodiamine- increases metabolism, reduces aldosterone (peripheral bloating corticoid)

This marks my 3rd day on Sesamex, Levorex, and Glucorell and I must say that I just cannot eat enough food! Damn, I feel like i'm on 2grams of EQ...

I do have a question tho.. Would it make a big difference if I were to take Sesamex 1 pill 6x's/day?

3 doses is sufficient (if thats what you mean), though if you are eating six times a day (or more) and want to take with meals thats fine.

as far as total dosing per day, what works best will vary. its highly reccomended that everyone try different doses. its best not to be "cookie cutter" when it comes to dose
