U need the prep x with the Shark extract. as mentioned by someone else, its the canadian version. use with tanning

So is this a permanent solution or just like a day to day fix to mask the problem??

I'm hoping this is a permanent fix otherwise I'm going under the knife to get it fixed...I'm not about to rub my nipples with my shirt off every 3 minutes.

Any kind of topical diuretic (prep h, caffeine cream, etc) is temporary. The idea is to increase the circulation to the area. So, use before bed and every morning. I really recomend the caffeine cream over the prep h. I've never seen the prep h do anything and the caffeine cream doesn't smell like fish!!

So I'm just wondering, has anyone ever tried the prep-h trick using the correct prep-h. After reading all the pages I saw the prep-h recommedation, but never saw anyone post if they had tried it w/ results.
