How do I go about getting the rows the same as my bench? Up it 10 per workout? Also idk if this is weird or not, but my squats seem to be getting easier and easier. Will tell my bro to post pics of me squatting so you can critique my form if needed. I think it's perfect but hard to tell. I break parallel every time.
