And yes.....stretching like a mother fucker is very important!!!!! Weighted stretching is important too but needs to be done correctly and with caution. Even learning a few yoga poses to help stretch. Tight knotted hip flexors suck ass!
Also....the vid I posted....look on their channel...they have a rotator cuff video. Watch it. Learn from it. Do the excercises!!! Better to start with shoulder strengthening ahead of time than to do nothing like I did and be in your mid 30's and constantly having to babysit shoulders.
I saw a video with a guy getting a broom stick and holding it in front of him then snapping it behind his back to stretch his shoulders... It looks painful... Kinda scared to try that
