Really the worst thing at Mc Ds is the fries as far as health is concerned.
Another good one- heavy cream in protein shakes- gives a rich creamy texture and adds calories.
Make stirfrys but use a recipe that includes peanut butter--the pb sauce is just soy sauce mixed with peanut butter-adds healthy cals plus some protein.
If you make it with water, then throw in some heavy cream- I've never tried cream and milk. It ends up being too many calories for me cuz I like to eat solid food than drink my calories.
Adds 1200 calories to your day and it tastes good- fairly good for you too with the nutrients in peanut butter n bananas (if you're worried about eating healthy)
Mix that up in two big servings, throw in fridge and drink thru out day. May want to toss in some fiber like flaxseed to keep you regular.
Yeah that's why the big shake recipe was suggested lol I forgot about that.
Btw Bsdr- you can tone down the protein powder in the recipe I gave you- it's something I used during school year when my class schedule was from 8:15am till 5:30pm and I had a stockpile of protein powder I had gotten at a steal price.
