Zedhed's challenge!

Haha I know zed will be on my ass for this.

EX curl bar 15 on both sides 5x5
Supersetted with 15 lb dumbbells standing curls. And 45 lb 5x5 preacher cut with straight curl bar.

Diet.

Not much of a selection for breakfast only had 3 eggs left and some bread. Decided to make 2 servings of grits with the 3 eggs and put heap scoops of grits on each piece of bread.

Snack was half tub of chohani or whatever it's calls Greek yogurt with 1 1/2 scoop whey.

Lunch was 2 pieces chicken breast and asparagus

Snack was whey shake and big bowl of mashed taters

Dinner was big plate of spaghetti and 4 meatballs.

Still workin on eating for today.

One or the other bro not both. You are also stimulating your bies when you do those rows. Now think about this. Do you wanna subtract from the weight you use for rows and that excellent bie stimulation by doing mealsy curls????

Forgot to add the chocolate frosty and 3 chicken sandwiches from Wendy's. I had before dinner.

I asked a friend who doesn't workout what he thinks the hardest part about body building is and he said... Actually going to workout out... I laughed my ass off and said no.... It's the EATING!
 
Zed, thats one fucking hell of a diet bro!! I miss those days. Unfortunatley now that im older and my metabolism is shit its not possible. But thats an awsome diet for someone in the OP's shoes.
Zed do you think some N2slin would benefit this cat to help optimize all the carbs he's eating?
Only other question....unless I missed it.... No deadlifts?


@ OP, Listen to Zed, he knows his shit and is a class act bro too. I was 160 and 6'0" when I started and I thought I was skinny. I cant imagine 130! But even though your skinny....your shredded. Your one of the lucky ones. Eat your face off and train balls to the wall.

Yeah with a metabolism like that our lil bro needs to eat like there is no tomorrow in order to build mass. But its still kinda nice for him cuz he need not be too awful concerned with what he eats as long as he just eats.
 
Off to go workout. Didn't have a big breakfast since mom hasn't gone to the store today yet. Will try to make up for it later. Only 4 eggs and a little pancake mix was left. :/ will post workout when i get back!

Workout:
Squats 5x5 115 pounds (still having Severe right groin pains during squat)

Overhead press 5x5 65 pounds

Deadlift 1x5 135 pounds

First time eve actually dead lifting and it HURTS!
