YOUR favorite exercise and why

I love SLDL's as well. I love just adding weight and adding weight and adding weight. Shoot I need to buy 2 25lb plates, lol. My favorite cardio is the Elliptical, and I'm addicted to the classes.

I love working my bis! My favorite exercise is concentration curls. I love watching my muscles pump up and down. My other fav is the leg press. I love how I can pile the plates on! My favorite cardio is trail running.
 
Wow that's a tough one.

1. Lying short bar tricep extension (I made this up by putting the weights in the middle of an 18" bar, holding it reverse on the ends, and then lowering it over my head and then back up straight over my face) Love this one.

2. Strap tri pull downs kneeling

3. Dbl db row bent over 90Deg, head on a bar


I guess those are the top 3 but there are more and they are all pretty close in terms of favorites. I don't do anything that I don't thoroughly enjoy. Maybe that's why.

UGH, train my biceps for me ... they are my LEAST favorite thing to train. :)
 
Biceps used to be a fav, but I got the peak to pop and now most of what I do is hammer curls. Its pretty cool when I'm leaner, I get this funko ropey vein up my biceps :)

Deal! I'll train biceps for you if you train shoulders for me! Shoulders are my LEAST favorite thing to train.
 
My favorite used to be squats because I could squat more than most men and I suppose that made me feel accomplished even though I was really a newbie.

now my fav is the bench press. It's my current fav because I just like the feeling of that movement and because I had to really work hard to get my 1RM up to 150, whereas my leg strength was nothing more than a genetic trait. Squatting ATF with more than 225 within a month of lifting isnt a training effect.

Wow how did you get your 1RM up to 150?! Mine is currently 135. Did you do flat bench every week? Or do you feel training with dumbbells helped get your weight up?
