Wonder what all you guys do for abs. Never really targeted them as much as I am wanting to now, hoping I can get some insight!

Right now I'm doing 3 sets of sit-ups, 3 sets of leg-crunches, and 3 sets of oblique-crunches.
All are to failure.

Thanks!

My ab work is done to build a strong core for lifting big weights. I do hanging leg raises and standing cable crunches. Sometimes I use a heavy band instead. I do 5 sets of both for 20+ reps as heavy as possible. I also do abs 3-4 days a week.

Use code joeb15 for 15% of at Ntbm.

Use code TEAM1001 at ruthless supps for a $50 off discount on transaderm and phytoserms.

And I do them everyday sometimes twice a day, abs are a group of small muscles that recover quickly so working them often keeps that ripped tight stomach area, flat lower between hip bones area, and ripped sides going on and around here we like to call them the show off muscles. And even at 50, you know we all like to show off! Haha

I do 6 inches with crunches. 3 sets to failure, hold and squeeze at contraction. Then I do 2 sets on each side of oblique crunches. I should be doing hypertensions but I always forget. Im not very consistent doing this workout except during spring and summer.
