yes another gyno ?

mine came back because the surgeon didnt cut it all out first time, there was still alittle soft bit left and it grew back, didnt get fully to size it was before but looked just as bad beacuse it was right behind the nipple. need to wait more days for dressing to come off and i hope its gunna look back to norm(fingers crossed)

if you go on cycle again and don't use the right anti-estro's hell yeah...I'm assuming you had the gyno surgery to correct a problem caused by AAS use? if your going to go on in the future I would definetly run liquidex or liquidfem during cycle to make sure you don't give that doc anymore business.

Consensus is YES! PCT!

i had gyno from puberty so i got fucked from the start.

I prefer to target the gland first with my Dynamic Technique. This permits me to remove most of the gland and then sculpt the remaining tissue to minimze contour problems. Any surgery technique, even radical breast mastectomy for male breast cancer can leave gland behind. The problem is that there are fine fingers of gland that dissect between fingers of fat and can extend quite far into the chest.

You can see what I mean by fingers of gland here.

By concentrating on the gland first I am able to minimize the chance of breast regrowth. It is very rare for my patients to have recurrence. However, gynecomastia surgery does not stop breast regrowth. For patients having breast growth, I have advised for many years that they should get their problem under control before surgery. There are exceptions, such as young men with massive breasts that have not stopped growing. That is why each case needs to be individually evaluated.

Hope this helps,

yes, but personally when I had my surgery I paid for them to remove the gland, and my gyno never came back; also, I have more careful with cycle, so that could have had A LOT to do with it.

Dealing with a stable condition is much better in general than gynecomastia that is still growing. Prevention is a great way to minimize the chance of recurrence.

For all of the many, many gynecomastia patients I have sculpted, it has been very rare to have a recurrence with my techniques. However, I have performed many Secondary Surgery on patients from other doctors.

One bodybuilder came to me with a painful firm growing gynecomastia mass on one side after not using prevention. He had prior surgery on the other side by another surgeon who left a nasty crater deformity. There was not enough gland left on the surgical side to cause a problem, but the unoperated side was a mess. Surgery was not offered until the situation was stabilized.

Return to activities depends on the problem to be treated, surgical technique, skill of your surgeon, how you heal, and other factors. Comfort can be a good guide to the healing of the body.

You make some good points; I don't think there is much of a rush for surgery, most people here try Nolvadex with some LiquiDex then after a few months they usually stop. Afterwhich they get back on again and run it for a long time, usually that either solves the problem or does not, for those it does not should consider gyno surgery.
