Yam powder finally affordable!!!!

I have been looking for weeks and weeks on the internet where i can get yam powder similar to what Jay Robb sells known as "YAMMIT! Energy Powder."

Also, i love jay robb's yammit bar, they gave me so much energy and kill cravings for sweets and other junk, but they are way too expensive at $2.75 each. Anybody else who loves them is really lucked out for what i am about to tell them.

I got a recipe for them i found on Robb's site. Very easy to make. Look below


Yammit! Bars Recipe - makes 4 bars
Per Bar
Calories: 296
Protein: 6g
Fat: 12g
Carbohydrate: 40g

Ingredients
92g Yam Flour
4 Dates
4 Figs
23 Raw Almonds
40 Raisins


Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor (a blender can be used but you may need to stop the motor and stir the ingredients a few times). Blend until the ingredients are well chopped.
Pour contents into a bowl and hand form bars, balls or squares by pinching-off small portions and needing as desired.

These bars are very alkalizing and loaded with natural carbs your body needs for reloading glycogen levels as well as for exercise and physical activity. Why soak almonds? - Soaking almonds for 18 to 24 hours begins the germination process by which the almond converts its fat content to a carbohydrate thus diminishing its fat level and giving you some excellent carbs for energy during physical exercise.
Alkaline foods are very important for maintaining the health of every cell in your body. Most people have a very acidic system from eating too much processed foods and sodas. Excess Acidity leads to poor health and disease. Alkalinity leads to increased oxygen in the body and a strong immune system based on the latest findings.


If not sweet enough add stevia powder or agave syrup.

Jay Robb's yammit bars use sweet pototoes from North America. The true yam is from africa. The yams from sands brand yam flour are from nigeria.

i just found it, but didn't buy it yet. Im pretty sure yam flour is the same thing as the yammit. Just like oatmeal flour is the same thing as grinded oats. Im so excited to find this because yams give you the best, cleanest, long sustained energy and are perfect for pre and post workout carbs with out the insulin rush making it ideal for cutting or clean bulking.
