Xtreme Fat Loss Diet

I've seen this diet all over the Internet and am quite keen to try it out. Only problem is it costs close to $120- to buy. I was just wondering if anyone here has had any success with it at all? Heard from somebody it was the bees knees but would appreciate any feedback before investing my hard earned money.

looks like garbage. it might work if u stay on this diet for the rest of your life. but shit just doeasnt happen in 25 days. there is no get skinny quick solution unless u smoke crack all day long. find your bmr by googling bmr calculator and filling in the info. adjust your calorie intake to that. add in a good weightlifting routine. some hiit training is also very good for weightloss. learn to eat a good diet for the rest of your life

That sounds like solid advice. Every now and then one gets tempted by the get thin quick schemes, much like the get rich quick schemes. I wonder if these guys are just ripping people off? BTW, would smoking crack all day make you skinny? Just kidding, lol.

thats the thing with all these obese ppl who have no will power or control. they buy everyone of these advertisements products cuz its easy. abs in 3 minutes a day. or total body transformation in 30 days but its all BS. depending on how ripped you want to be you could do it for free with all calisthenics and jogging if you have the determination. not huge muscles but lean and good looking. so yeah these ppl are getting rich off of fat lazy ppls lazy ass weak willed minds. Insanity by beachbody is a really good program you can do at home without any weights or anything extra to buy. you can even download it for free from a torrent site. its all hiit workouts and its hella hard if you give it your all. that and a diet can shed off excess weight. 45 minutes a day just press play and follow along, if u can anyways

I've joined a gym and am on my way to a better body. Now just to watch what goes in the beak and we'll get there....

good on ya dude. post around in the forums to get some good effective workout routines, diet advice. anything u need. there is some crazy amounts of knowledge in here.

If you want to drop fat very quickly, read up on PSMF.
It's About the only way to legitimately drop 3-4lbs per week... Through deep keto, you can certainly get thin "quick", but the muscle catabolism is something to watch out for.
Not to mention it's only one step above fasting in terms of the commitment required. Heh.

Lyle McDonalds Rapid Fat Loss program... thats what I use. Really just an approach to a crash diet while cutting out your carbs is all tho.

need2slin is great for finding a better use for carbs than creating fat. i cant keto. although some people like it so much they make it there lifestyle... and those fuckers are low in bf% i will say that. takes commitment for awhile tho. but once u get accustomed to any diet decisions u make its super easy to live that way

Thx for all the great advice! BTW, if anyone is interested I found a copy of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet here for free - getthisfree.info. Don't think I'll be using it anymore but always good to see what others are doing.

Hi gang,

If you're interested, I just started this diet. I'm not sure why the hate for these programs - it's true that quick fixes are silly, but you can definitely get long term results from 25 days IF you're prepared to work hard. And this program is brutal, make no mistake. I'm on day 4/25 so far, but if it interests you, I'm blogging about it as it progresses. URL is in my profile under 'Contact Info'.

Cheers, JK

I tried that beachbody insanity and wow I couldn't hang and my calves have been sore since last week really kicks your butt for sure but Im sticking with the IF diet with some fasted cardio in the morning seems too be helping alot

yeah dieting is hard. i hate IF. low cals.low carbs is easy for me, its the slow but reliable way but its easyiest for me to not fuck up. and yeah insanity is crazy hard. i did the 60 days and shed some pounds bro

Yea slow is the keyword I never really had a clean diet and I want results now but it just seems to be dragging ass. And you stuck it out the whole 60 days?! Sweet jesus dude congrats cause I haven't touched it since the first time I did it. I can see how it works though I was dripping sweat within 5 mins

a few times i didnt wait ling enough after eating and puked all over the livingroom lol. that pure cardio vid is a beast, god damn. and actually my legs gained alot of strength from it too. pleasant bonus

Lol! thats brutal I skipped the fitness test and went straight to cardio power and resistance..mann bad idea lol my legs are weak I got crappy knees but this really showed how weak my legs are but thanks Cobra you inspired me to give it another shot I'll start it up again today

its hard bro. give it your best. after a few weeks you start to feel like your gettin it... then it goes to month 2 and its hell again. just watch out for pure cardio. its hell dude. all i can say is if i can do it, anyone can! i had/have piss poor cardio. just do ur best. i found it best to have a friend to do it with. it pushes u to go harder and not wuss out.

How are you getting on with it? Would you recommend it so far?

It's definitely tough, but I normally eat clean and train pretty hard anyway so it hasn't been too much of a shock to the system. I have noticed I'm sleeping less and have more energy. It's early, but so far I recommend it.

Don't listen to people like CoBra666 who make loud comments about how it's all stupid and you'll gain your weight back. Training is like religion - it's full of people who think if you aren't doing exactly what they're doing, then you're wrong. But there are many paths, just find the one that suits you.

Oh and for the record: I'm 6'1" and 191, and most of that is muscle. I'm not an obese person looking for a quick fix, so for that type of person XFLD will likely work completely differently.

I haven't made a single recommendation of anyway I train or diet. These 25 day weightless plans are bs. The day u stop doing them is the day u start gaining weight again. If ur in such great shape why are u on a 25 day diet instead of choosing to live a lifestyle to make/keep a certain image. U want to be low bf% forever put ur body into a state of ketosis and take 10 grams of bcaas a day to prevent catabolism. Work out hard without overtraining, eat clean within a caloric amount that suits ur goals. Equal to bmr or slightly less for weightloss. Eat 5/6000 cals to bulk. Hiit will amplify weighloss as will something that increases thermogenesis. Although stimulants raise cortisol levels. Weightloss is simple but takes time and commitment. Not a bullshit 25 day diet.

I agree overweight people shouldn't go on a 25-day 'fast' program just to lose weight without a more sustainable plan in place, or they will most likely gain it back, but there are other scenarios. The reason I'm doing a short term program beyond my usual long term diet and training habits is to challenge myself, change things up a bit, make things harder for a while, just to see what happens. There's nothing BS about that, brother.

you are correct dude. and in your case that is a very valid point. but from what i gather of this user buy some of his posts, that he has just recently joined a gym which probably means this is all somewhat of a new phase to his life. i find alot of people just want to lose a few pounds with these programs. and im sure this can help you lose weight. but people get into this mentality that once the weight is gone the game is over. and sure as shit they go back to their previous habits after successfully losing the weight, thinking it will stay off. they get these 25 day mentalities basically. the problem that should actually be addressed is changing alex's overall diet and workout plan for the long run. and helping him with a healthier lifestyle. his current goals and stats would help us help him better then we know what we are dealing with and where we need to go. and unless you disagree with any advice i have given there is no need to talk down about people on here >>

all i would suggest whatever u do, is hit the gym with a routine that suits your style. whether it be heavy and hard, or just cardio, or pickup some physical activities like boxing, hockey, soccer w/e. dl a free program u can do at home as an alternative. change ur diet to something you can sustain for life. small things like organic foods, no processed stuff/premade packaged stuff, eat till ur satisfied not till you are completely stuffed, whole grain pastas/rice, lots of veggies and lean meats, make a big difference in the long run. drink lots of water. being full on water helps with eating less. shit like that. this program will help u lose weight most likely for 25 days but then what? its a lifelong thing, have a lifelong plan in place. everyone reacts to things like diets differently, has different goals, etc. find what works for your body/goals and stick with it

Hii friends. I used to weigh around 240lbs.I really felt upset because of my weight issues and my friends started to tease me. Because of which i mostly skip the party, functions and all. I tried many things which really didn’t worked out.. Then one day I saw a video on youtube ''TryFoodLovers.com Official Video: Tryfoodlovers Works'' that gave me a complete awareness of how to eat in the right manner to lose weight quick in an effective manner. Following these tips had helped me to reduce my weight by 30lbs ..Now my aim is to reach 180 lbs with in some time.. All the success to those who are on a weight loss journey.
