I've always felt this way and so has he, in 7 years together neither of us ever even maybe for a minute wanted a baby, the very few times we've had close calls (I've always used 100% hormonal birth control non stop and many times non hormonal on top of it as well) we've been pretty bummed out about the whole thing, not even sure if we'd wanna keep a baby if it happened, that's how much we dont want a baby.

My sister is the exact same way, 33 no babies and none in the horizon, we werent raised to like kids, we were actually raised to not touch them or be around them, almost freaking fear them, hence why we dont want children.

I'll never understand society's pressure to have kids.
I have a good friend that never wanted kids and never had any. I respect that.
Being a parent is not easy. You have to really want it and love it! Proly part of the reason there are so many shitty parents raising shitty kids out there.
Then you have the people that have kids to "help" their relationships.

ironically my mom LOVES babies and is pretty damn pissy she's probably never being a grandma.

My parents were maniacal over protectors, to the point that as newborns only the grandmothers were allowed to carry us, no one else. Growing up our parents would never let us even come close to babies, not even in the family, you would always here things like "you might make the baby sick, babies are delicate, dont touch the baby, be careful with the baby, babies dont carry babies", etc.

I'm now a grown ass woman and I know that if I touch or hold a baby nothing will happen if I'm careful, but I still have that horrible "run for your life" sensation when a baby is around me, I will also do everything in my power not to touch them, I've only held 2 babies in my entire life, one at age 14 because my father made me do it while the baby's mom went to the bathroom and another at around 20 when my best friend was getting out of the car and needed me to hold her to do so.
