The CKD diet insists on everyday workout, not too intense though. Is it bad to get extra cardio in when there is time for it? The reason I ask, there are ab classes at my gym that I would like to take. I don't like doing any kind of workout without a half hour of cardio first.

This is my current workout:

Monday

20 mins treadmill @ 4.5mph 2.0 incline
15 mins Stat Bike@ level 4.

Bench 12,10,8,6,12
Incline Press (same reps)
preacher curl
lat pulls
shrugs
dumbell bench
shoulder press
butterfly machine
hammer curls
15 minutes of ab exercise.

Tuesday

15 mins treadmill @ 5.5mph 0 incline
20 mins bike @ level 4

all reps (12,10,8,6,12)

leg extension
leg press
leg curl
reverse sit ups
squat
calf extension
glute press
15 mins of ab exercise

Wednesday

30 mins treadmill @ 4.5mph 2incline
45 mins bike level 3
20 mins ab exercise

Thursday

same as wednesday

Friday

same as wednesday

Saturday

45 mins of cardio
full body circuit workout. Light weights.

Sunday(before carb-up)

45 mins of cardio
full body circuit workout. Slightly heavier than saturday.

CKD experts, do you think it will be harmful for the diet and routine if I am getting an extra 1.5 hour of cardio a week and 3--1 hour classes a week on abs?

all advice appreciated.

Thanks
