ok i need to change up my workout. not so much for the squat or D/L routine, but my bench. been working westside now for almost 10 months. it's been good so far. however, i need to build some endurance for work. primarily for push-ups. should i just change up with more reps or is there a better way? plz help guys

You want to train for push-ups? If you've been powerlifting ten months, you shouldn't really have any problems with doing pushups. If you want to train your bench muscles for endurance, you'll want to do training with low weight with slow speed over increasingly long periods of time. As far as I can see there's no reason to do this though, unless you're goign for a world record or something -- I've been training bench for strength and speed for a while now and I can bust out more pushups than anybody I know.

Once a week on iether the DE or ME bench day , probably ME , just do your pushups for a set or two to failure and try to beat it each week. You could also do these with a band around your back.
