Hey, I've worked out on and off a few months at a time but i never was too serious about it where i would diet, take supplements and stick to a strict lifting schedule. I dont know how many people would take the time to help but i was wondering if someone can give me a workout. Im looking to bulk, atm im 5'9 150 but im by no means skin and bones. Please let me know the exercises, reps and sets to bulk. Also plz be decriptive as possible, i know some exercises but not all.
