Workout for a Serious Beginner

Hey, I've worked out on and off a few months at a time but i never was too serious about it where i would diet, take supplements and stick to a strict lifting schedule. I dont know how many people would take the time to help but i was wondering if someone can give me a workout. Im looking to bulk, atm im 5'9 150 but im by no means skin and bones. Please let me know the exercises, reps and sets to bulk. Also plz be decriptive as possible, i know some exercises but not all.

I personally recommend giving the 5x5 routine a try. Many of the people on this board are doing this type of routine, or have tried it before. Needsize, (member on the board) has post up numerous times his version of the 5x5 and I must say that it is an awesome program. I have just recently started up the 5x5 again, and many others have seen great results from it. If you are looking for some great strength and size gains I would suggest you check this program out. Do a search for 5x5, and you will find a wealth of information here regarding that program (much more then I could tell you right now). Ditto on the 5x5. It has worked wonders for me.
