and free weights are better ?

any tips for buling a bigger back and traps ,thats what i
lack in at the moment ,especially traps, and lats (big time)

need excersie for my lats

anyone help

phew!!!!

I suggest you keep cardio to a miniumum on this bulking cycle but you may do it once and a while, the juice can enlarge the heart and cause problems.

WIDE grip chin ups. Put a dumbell between yuor legs as well when doing them. I think back is the one thing that is much, much easier to work at the gym

I have been working out at home for about 10 years now. I perfer it to going to a gym. Pull ups with weight should help add to the width of your back. Swimming is always good if you have a place to do it.

Always do cardio while on a cycle or not even if you are bulking. It is good to keep the heart healthy. 20min a day at a medium pace 3-4 times a week is a good amount and should not affect the muscle gains on your cycle. I like free weights as I feel they give me a better range of motion. Go to www.ast-ss.com and sign up for the Max-Ot program....I use it and love it, they also provide a sample bulking diet as well that will help you pack on the mass. e-mail or PM me with any ?'s

Pullups, heavy bent over barbell rows and monster shrugs wiill give you a back and traps, you may want to add some deadlifts as well but be careful not to injure yourself. I would also do some cardio a few times a week for 20 to 40 mins.

Dumbell rows are good for your lats. I also like chins. Some might suggest using a WIDE grip, but lat spread (development) depends on genetics. Besides, wide grip decreases the range of motion. A natural grip doing chins uses optimum range of motion, which help in strengthening and developing the back.

Sounds like you have a killer home gym. Basic, but that's all you need.
