A friend of mine (see prior posts) has been running her second cycle of Var with good results but is curious about adding a little Winny for a good cut prior to competition. Has anyone done both before? If so can you compare the effects of the two or comment on the addition of w to v?
I am familiar with the literature and health risks. What I'm looking for is recounted personal experience.
