Normally I take 2 dymetadrine and get a decent energy rush for preworkout. Today because of my ox cycle I started using grapefruit juice, well I feel like I took fucking 4 dymetadrines, this is nuts, I ate a 1/2 log of the concentrate before taking this and my ox and I'm fucking spun like a top....whooo...

yes of course, naringin extends the half-life of e/c stacks and increases absorbtion, in fact they're putting it in lots of new E/C stacks now

god...well it fucking WORKS...it might be that I took the concentrate almost without any added water because I've used grapefruit juice before, not from concentrate and it didnt come anywhere near this.

Yes. It works. After taking 200ml 100% grapefruit juice with 1tab of ThermaPro (20mg Ephedrine+200mg Caffeine) I can feel the effects of the stack as if I took 2 or 3 tabs - increased temperature, alertness and lots of sweat during workout. And losing the bodyfat.

Quercitin, naringin, naringenin, and 6 prime,7prime-dihydroxybergamottin have been studied for CYP3A4 inhibition without conclusively determining which component is responsible for the interaction.

Frackal:
The amounts used in the studies I've read utilize either three 8 oz servings split throughout the day; or one 8 oz double-concentrated (concentrate into juice) serving at time of ingestion. They infer that a grapefruit extract would work well too.

I've never read anything specifically that talked about its interaction with ephedrine hcl or caffeine. But, obviously, if you feel it...

As an aside, grapefruit juice only effects orals that are degraded via the P450 enzyme, specifically the CYP3A4 isomer. A side-effect of grapefruit juice ingestion at the levels outlined above is an increased presence of p-glycoprotein, which delays or blocks absorption (or interestingly, delays and increases absorption... i.e. viagra) of certain types of pharms/herbs.

Grapefruit partially blocks the Cytochrome p450 enzyme in your guts and your liver, as was said above. This has an effect on many medications, most Benzodiazepines, oral AS, and other substances have better pharmakokinetics when administered with Grapefruit juice.
Some people here in Germany always use Grapefruit, when getting high on DXM (Cough Sirup- Robitussin?) and report a fantastic improvement of the DXM´s effects along with a decrease in side effects (puking, stomach discomfort...). I think Grapefruit Juice is good stuff to take with certain meds, it definately turns 2 Valiums into 3 or more, i´ll try the ECA thing too, I think.

i've tried DXM....

Its fucken crazy shit.

I know it sound like childs play because its "JUST" cough syrup..
but trust me...IT IS REALLY STRONG SHIT if you take enough.
