when performing wide stance squats, or box squats without the box, is there a point where if you go down too low, you compromise form? today I did these, and I had hurt my lower back. this was after I did a light set of atf squats, normal stance. I went lighter on the wide stance squats, but I think i went too low. do you guys just go as low as the box, so to speak?
