when i was 19/20 i follwed the following program for 10 weeks and got truly nasty ripped. But afterwards i was really tired for about a month. Was it overtraining? I would like to follow something similiar again but i suspect i'll need to take more supplements or something so i can recover betterday

concentration curls 3x15
tricep pushdowns 3x10

bk/legs
pulldown 3x15
row cable 3x15
deadlifts 4x8
squats 4x12
leg curls 3x15
leg ext 3x15
calf raises 5x15
abs 15 mins ever 2nd day
It took about 1 hr to complete/ 30 sec rests b/w sets.
i also took eca and carnitine.
