its weird. i cant do as much as i use to be able to do. but its only my flat bench press. today i benched the most ive ever done for incline bench and as well as that tricep thingy.
Fro, try working the ever-recently-popular-on-this-board 5x5 routine. I've been at it for like 4 weeks and my bench is going through the roof. Ask me, or needsize or Cornholio. Actually, those two are probably better. More expertise.
