Curious about using anavar or winstrol to bulk up.
A buddy says he gets really good strength benefits from doing both and doesn’t understand why more people don’t use them for that purpose.
I’m focused on powerlifting and getting stronger right now. My current bench press is 225 lbs I would like to get it to 325 lbs in the next 6 months
