S Stubby2 New member Nov 28, 2001 #3 all the food uv eaten that day... heavier foods... not taking a shit or piss... sweat... ive noticed a loss of 1 lbs after taking a bath one time!!!... granted some may have been from sweat (water loss) cus i have hot baths.... E eric88 New member Nov 28, 2001 #4 1g of carb holds 3g of water. if you eat alot of carbs you will hold more water that day.
