Its the same thing Cornholi is talking about.You have a speed bench day first(dynamic-effort method) ,where you train 55-60% of your 1rm.Then you a heavy day where you train up to 90% of your 1rm.
On your heavy day you pick out a chest exercise,like incline, and train up 90% of your 1rm for three to four weeks.After that you pick another exercise,decline,floor press,board press etc...and do it for 3-4 weeks and so on.
These methods are not for everybody,but if you are concerned about getting bigger and stronger these are good methods.
What does your statement have to do with my quote?
