Who makes that foam roller for rotators?

Its like 6" x 18" or so. Black hard foam. Plastic middle insert. Used for rolling on your rotator cuff muscle to stretch it out.
There was a few posts about it last year. I remember a video about it too. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
