Why would I settle for a six pack when I got a KEG!!!

I WISH I could GET a 6-pack, much less maintain one.

I have trouble restricting calories enough because when I do my w/o intensity just suffers. Right now I am at about 11% bf and you can see slight indentations in my abs in the right light. I figure dropping a couple percent and/or selectively burning the fat with yohimburn would help. That is probably my next supplement.

I have a 6 pack for about 2 days every 8 to 12 weeks when I am making weight at 220. Other than those couple of days, I have a mono ab.

My mom told me the other day that she could see my abs. That was 3 pizzas, 3 pounds of hamburger, 4 16oz tubs of baked potato salad, few gallons of milk, and MANY many other things ago...

I'm getting towards the end of my custom-made keto diet now.... and when I'm done, I'll be looking to maintain the results all year round.

I've done the bulking/cutting thing a few times.... but to be honest, I can't live with myself being fat. Admittedly, I never tried too hard to eat clean but with high calories during my bulking phase.... it was mainly just crap. But as soon as I get a bit fat, I can't wait to start cutting again.... as soon as I get leaner, I feel skinny and can't wait to bulk again (not to mention the cravings)....

.... so, while I know my progress will be MUCH slower, I'm going to try and stay lean from now on. I'd rather gain muscle very slowly than be fat.
