I'm getting towards the end of my custom-made keto diet now.... and when I'm done, I'll be looking to maintain the results all year round.
I've done the bulking/cutting thing a few times.... but to be honest, I can't live with myself being fat. Admittedly, I never tried too hard to eat clean but with high calories during my bulking phase.... it was mainly just crap. But as soon as I get a bit fat, I can't wait to start cutting again.... as soon as I get leaner, I feel skinny and can't wait to bulk again (not to mention the cravings)....
.... so, while I know my progress will be MUCH slower, I'm going to try and stay lean from now on. I'd rather gain muscle very slowly than be fat.
