Well I did it, and it was great
It will definately take some getting used to, but having the whole weight area to yourself is good stuff as far as I am concerned
I was able to set everything up how I wanted it and not have to wait for anything plus there was no distractions (apart from a very nice looking girl doing cardio ). I just need more sleep pm in future.
Definately going to make it a regular thing
I just slammed down 2 scoops of NLARGE about 45mins before I went (26g Protein, 48g Carbs), I dont think I could eat anything or drink more than that.
