Who here needs cardio to get lean?

Personally I never do cardio and I can still get lean while going from bulking phase into dieting phase. With a good diet and some fat burners I lose weight fairly quickly and I'm good to go. I think I may add some though when I start my cycle next Spring to really kick it up a good deal. I wanna be shredded beyond shredded by next summer!!!
 
It definitely helps me..doing it 6 days/week right now. Three one hour morning sessions on the treadmill, and three 30 minute bike sessions PW. Taking Yohimburn DF 45 minutes prior to the cardio as well...working real good :)
 
I can loose weight fairly quickly on a high protein/fat VERY low carb diet without cardio. Cardio definitely helps though. LOTS of NYC or ECA helps me a little in this process, but not that much anymore.

Saddly, I slowly gain fat regardless of how much cardio I do when consuming moderate carbs. Fat burners don't seem to have any impact on this lardening process.
 
it's easy to get down to 5% without cardio but getting into ripped contest condition I have to do it. - cbeaks
 
I don't need cardio to get lean, however without it I feel out of shape and get winded easily. 20 min of moderate cardio after everyworkout works for me.

Definitely NEED it.

I can actually lose BF pretty easily when trying (including cardio).

I encorporate it for about 28 mins PW after most every lift.

But, my real loses occur when I get in and do morning cardio on empty stomach.

I don't need much motivation to go in and get my workouts in. But, I really need motivation to get in for cutting in the AMs.

BTW... how much NYC do you guys usually need for it to be effective.? I'm actually taking the Adrenalin brand:
200mg Caffeine USP
35mg 1R, 2S Norephedrine hcl
10mg Synephine hcl
3.4mg Yohimbe hcl

I was originally taking about 2/day but have noticed little effects (and little in the way of increased energy or 'hypeness' either).

How many do you guys pop per day?
