Definitely NEED it.
I can actually lose BF pretty easily when trying (including cardio).
I encorporate it for about 28 mins PW after most every lift.
But, my real loses occur when I get in and do morning cardio on empty stomach.
I don't need much motivation to go in and get my workouts in. But, I really need motivation to get in for cutting in the AMs.
BTW... how much NYC do you guys usually need for it to be effective.? I'm actually taking the Adrenalin brand:
200mg Caffeine USP
35mg 1R, 2S Norephedrine hcl
10mg Synephine hcl
3.4mg Yohimbe hcl
I was originally taking about 2/day but have noticed little effects (and little in the way of increased energy or 'hypeness' either).
How many do you guys pop per day?
