A)



day 1....run in the am 3 miles .....chest and abs in the pm

day 2....run in the am 3 miles .......biceps in the pm

day 3....run in the am 3 miles ..... triceps and shoulders in the pm

day 4....run in the am 3 miles .....back in the pm

day 5....off



or



B

day 1 run very far in the am 6 miles

day 2 back and chest

day 3 run very far in the am 6 miles

day 4 shoulders and arms

day 5 off.........



ps........look my legs are developed....and I mean developed.....
 
Just because your legs are developed (and you mean developed ;) ) does not mean that you should not still work them. Just my .02

Personally....I think the second plan is better...that way you won't be spending half of your day in the gym. If you did the second one would you do any cardio on the weekends or no?

actually I plan literally on doing 4 days 1 day off...that means I do not recognize the traditional 7 day week.

I just take one day off every 4 days.....

well quality definition all over esp. upper body

I have the size.......yes I posted a pic but that was when I was 18 now I am 23...much bigger.....

but I have to clean it all up...and then I will post a pic again...hehe

I am doing it natural as well
 
We need more info...sets, reps, exercises...etc....

Still aren't training legs at all....

incline dumb bell press 4 sets pyramid stlye

cable flys 3 sets by 12 reps

dips 3 sets by 12 reps


bicep workout

bb curls 4 sets pyramid stlye

dumb bell preacher curls 3 sets by 12 reps

reverse barbell curls 3 sets by 12 reps


shoulders workout

dumbell press 4 sets pyramid style

cable lateral 3 sets by 12 reps

triceps

french press 4 sets pyramid style

one arm cable press down 3 sets by 12


back workout

bent rows 4 sets pyramid style

pull downs 3 sets by 12

dumbell shrugs 3 sets by 12
