I do the sprints, but on my elliptical. I have no endurance when it comes to running! Five min. warmup - sprint 60 sec. catch breath and do it again. Usually every 3-4 min for 20 to 30 minutes.
Hate to burst your bubble but if you’re looking to reach a lower bf cold pool water is not going to help. Swimmers typically carry I higher bf to insolate them from the cold that is the body’s natural reaction to all that time in a cold pool.
