i need some quidance. i'm restarting the gym this week, (i've trained before, done a cycle etc before, so i'm not a newbie)
i'm going to be doing a cycle of gh, slin, and test. I weigh about 190 right now, 5'8 and have about 25 percent body fat (got lazy and ate too much around the holidays) and most of the fat is in my ab area.
Question is, what would be an optimum diet to lose the body fat, gain definithion , and add some muscle. My ultimate goal is not to be HUGE, but more cut and defined and add of course, i do want to add increase muscle.
Any advice??
